The customer service was good at start, however After I complained about zero results, they are simply ignoring my emails! Me and my partner were using these gels for 9 days now and not a slight change in shade. I’m really not sure if we have to use them for 18 days (full box of gels) to see any results or it just does not work.
Update- we have now used this for 18 days- NO DIFFERENCE AT ALL. Really disappointed in this product , waste of money!!

I work from home and I am always at home, I don't understand how Hermes tried to delivered the parcel several times and failed. After I raised a case with PayPal you then sent a second parcel out via Royal Mail. I did sent an email to send it back and get a refund and to this day no one has responded to me. So I stand by my review that your customer service is terrible and is evident by your response. I was not able to arrange redelivery by Hermes as they advised me it is the sender's responsibility! If you had looked at the tracking it wasn't even updated after the first attempt. So please be fair! Honestly terrible customer service with an attitude!

If I could give no star I would. Ordered the kit a month ago and never received it. After sending so many emails they get back to me and ask me to liaise with the courier company even know it is not my responsibility. I was then advised to wait until they resolve it with the courier company before they can refund me. Terrible customer service!

Product received within two days of order as promised and I am looking forward to seeing the results it will give me.

Used for 10 days, no change at all. Emailed the refunds address and info address two weeks ago and haven't had a reply

I received my love white kit ,, I ordered the extra whitening gel and booster gel packs , I was disappointed to find in the extra whitening gel pack there was only 2 refill gels when it's states on the pack theres supposed to be 3 inside .

Initially I have sent contact form from their website as well as email to hello (at) love-white.co.uk

My email and contact message was ignored. I have given them benefit if doubt taught they short staffed due to Covid. Waited almost 2 weeks and sent another email asking is anyone there. I got email back with in few hours from Sam Goodwin asking what he can help me with. So I sent him my original question and again I was ignored. Funny thing is I didn't even want refund originally I was asking them general questions if there was something I'm doing wrong or if they can advise me why it's not working for me. I have purchased further booster gels and actually 1 of the questions I had was.... What is the diffrence between £18 booster gel and £15 booster gel.
Again I was ignored then I got email from them offering me 20% off if I posted pictures of me opening the product. This was last straw for me.

Now I want full refund!!! and before I they reply back on here I sent refund request to wrong email or mistyped email. I did not!!! I'm cyber security expert and I know how email servers work.

So now kindly issue my refund I have emailed you both pictures before and after with 0 diffrence between them even after booster gels.

I alos find very suspicious that all 5 star reviews have only 1 review and only made to this company. Which makes me think rhiz reviews are fake. I will also be contacting trystpilot ro investigate this to make sure this reviews did not come from same I.P address or proxy was used to make this reviews which is fraud!!!

Amazing products and great customer services

Personally didn't work for me. I used everyday for months at least 2/3 times a day, got the booster gels also and still didn't make any difference, my teeth aren't yellow, however they are a little off white, so therefore I thought I would see results relatively fast and looking at the reviews I was rather excited but for whatever reason, just didn't work ! .. Little gutted for obvious reasons, wasn't as pricey as some I've seen but still a fair amount of money spent on something that didn't work ! .. Won't bother purchasing anymore gels etc.. Would rather just spend that little extra for actual teeth whitening treatment, least you're guaranteed results ..

I bought this thinking because of its affordable price that it would not be much good but I was pleasantly surprised. My teeth are a lot whiter and I love the guidelines on the syringe’s so you know exactly how much to use. Will definitely be buying this again 😃

I got a reply from love white stating they considered my review fake and I didn't have an issue with there email... I even had to provide documentation to trustpilot to prove my review wasn't fake. No reply from company regarding a refund no surprise. Horrible customer service

After reading the reviews, I was feeling really optimistic, imagine my disappointment when there was no improvement whatsoever! I persevered with the whole course, hoping that towards the end I'd see results. Comparing my 'before' photos with the 'after' pictures, there was not even the slightest difference. Major let down and £40 wasted.

Ive decided to give this product a go after trying out a few teeth whitening methods and tricks that didn't really help (ex smoker and coffee drinker for over 10years). Have been using this product for just over 3 weeks now and I am very impressed with how quickly it worked! My teeth look so much better and healthier now. I can finally have a big smile on my face! Will definitely keep using love white 😁

I've used a couple of teeth whitening kits over the past few years but this is by far the best. It came in the post in practically no time and all the directions were very clearly explained and easy to understand. I could see a difference in the shade of my teeth within a few days let alone the whole course. I will certainly be reordering.

The kit didn't work for me so I've tried emailing love white to get the money guarantee but the emails I've been trying to send have been rejected because the email I've been provided with doesn't exist (that's what it said). I'm not sure what to do. This company seems like a scam to me.

Bought this and some "booster" gels as a bundle. The kit comes in a lovely, well made box, the booster gels in a zip lock sealed foil bag. The whole thing looks great. I've just finished my first 6 day course and really happy with how its going. The whole process is comfortable and did not hurt my teeth. Will definitely be buying more refills! 11/10
