Love Energy Savings Avis 

Didn't happy with you guys recommend EDF energy . They charging way more they agreed . I got direct debit with them so there taking money from my account. So unhappy. I got contract with them so I don't have choice. I spoke to them on the phone. They said they can't help
I don't want anyone to have this awful experience. Please be careful with this company . Its not save energy faults ,I directly compiled to EDF companies

Curt was very informative and nothing was too much trouble.
Everything was explained, we had a couple of issues that were resolved very quickly.

They talk very sweetly until you sign the contract. Once you have a problem, they simply don’t care. All you hear is, “You need to email this department,” even though we have already done that multiple times.

Before they sell you an energy contract, they make a lot of promises and talk about how trustworthy and reliable they are. Once the contract is signed, however, it feels like all those promises mean nothing.

They may mention their rates and reviews here, but personally, I wouldn’t trust everything you see. Some of the reviews seem suspicious and could potentially be fake or automated.

I’ve learned my lesson the hard way. My advice is to research the energy companies individually before signing anything. Don’t rely solely on what a broker tells you, and be very careful about signing long-term contracts based on promises made during the sales process.

I’ve learned from my experience, and I hope this helps someone else avoid making the same mistake.
