This is not the first time I have ordered from Lovelux and will not be the last. Fabulous customer service, received the shoes within 24hrs of ordering them and I couldn't be more thrilled!

The bag was very well packaged and although didn’t come with an original box the replacement box they’d packaged the bag in is perfect for me to use to store the bag.
