Where do I start? Brought a truck off? These guys are kindly took the truck to me. The truck was lovely. Low mileage looked great from the outside little did I know it had an oil leak coming from two different spots plus my oil was diluting so cool up Will who is dealing with my finance to only tell me I don't deal with that section you need to call Matthew message Matthew and Matthew said we'll get it into a garage who is going back-and-forth for about two weeks to finally got to a garage went into the garage brought it in to only tell me that they're not gonna accept to fix it due to it being under warranty so now I'm back at Square one Dave now asked me to bring the vehicle all the way up to them in Leeds I had no choice her hair so I to bring the vehicle to them to get it fixed they got some guy called James who was a mechanic that worked independently for them to fix the situation. Long story short. They apparently fix the diluting of the oil so new injector seals new oil and oil filter and new rocker cover gasket where the oil was coming from Met Matthew to come and collect the vehicle after having it for two weeks collected it from him and drove home thinking the work has been completed to a high standard. I got home and popped. The bunny looked at Denise to see if the works have been directly done to find that it was still leaking oil so now I'm going to go to court proceedings because I think this is so unfair what they have done. I will not get a finance from these guys as they just take your money and run.

Also the cars are not priced correctly they sold me a car worth 4.5k and charged me 11k

Due to all the issues I managed to get the finance agreement terminated. I will be taking this further to claim money back I had to pay out!

On surface Matt and his gang of crooks will tell you anything you hope to hear. But digging deeper there is much darker side all should be aware, for start lovemoney it's what you read .They love your money,and to get them they won't thing twice about screw you around. I order van from them ,pictures look clean ,so I trusted van was fair buy.Matt lay right from start about what work been done to van .After delivery to Belfast I pick van ,admitted was clean looking, washed and drive smove for about 3 weeks. Then all he'll got loose. Broken timing belt. I contact him and reality come real. From that moment first he wanted me to tow van on my own cost between garages,arange mechanics cos he was unable.Just usual nonsense of a cowboy he is. In fact he's well known for screwing mostly elderly customers who are to old or confused about them rights. Never the less after first week no movement on repairs I involved finance to deal with this nonsense, 8 long weeks later van finly got fixed .2500 rental costs lost,thousands in revenue and this fraud continues same game. Unfortunately for Matt I'm neither elderly, neither confused but a business owner who never again buy anything from that bunch of frouds. Closer I'm looking to this company more I can see that just about all good review in here are made by friends and family make you wonder is any of them even real. Any way. To anyone who want buy van or car and have huge chanse of wrecked engine or worse lovemoney be great choice,they deliver for sure,when they sey they check they mean you do it your self,and when anything break don't even bother contact them cos they don't care.So my experience with them is ,hmm putting gently they belong in this business same as pigs on top of London bridge. Both option pointless and costly to clean

I have nothing negative to say about the company and staff. Bought a car on a Wednesday and by Saturday it had been delivered !! Everything was an easy Process and they worked with me even when I was constantly asking questions and being difficult. Great price on the car too.

Communication and help was in abundance, very easy polite nice people to deal with. Everything sorted quickly. Car was delivered to my work for me which made everything even easier. Car arrived very clean and looking smart but did have a few marks on the alloys which I was not aware of but on delivery they promised to put right. Within 48 hrs all sorted. So 5* from me would definitely use again. Cheers Guys 👍

Had given these guys a 5 star review, how wrong was I. 1 month into new vehicle. Got a health check done by ford, they found a corroded cooler pipe. Broken DPF, rear shocks damaged and leaking, NSF bearings need replacing. This is after they put through a MOT. So they disputed this and asked for a report from a non ford garage. I did and they found other things. Discs badly lipped. This was still not good enough. So got an independent assessor from the finance company and even though I had done just 1000miles and the report showing that the damage was done before I purchased the vehicle they still refuse to put it right. Breach of the consumer credit act. Reported this company to trading standards. Dont go anywhere near this company. Oh they blamed the rear shocks damage on the body kit I put on it!!!! Responding to the below message:
It was less than 2 months before i started to have issues with teh vehicle, and have the paperwork and emails and whatsapp messages to prove that. You blamed every one and everything else, to the point that i had to go to the finance company to get a repsonse from you, and then you still didnt sort it.

We’re do I start please walk away from this company and bumper 365 there a corrupt company that sell dodgy cars and blag you your getting a great deal they dropped my car off in the dark never got a chance to test drive it, got no service history, no spare tyre or anything incase of a puncher, no locking wheel nut to take off the baldy tyres that came with the car and to top it off 10 days later the engine management light came on, the cars had 6 diagnostic reports and needs a new exhaust system fitted which will cost over 1000 pounds to fix, they’ve done nothing to help at all and neither have bumper who take 40 pounds a month for an extended warranty that still refuse to fix the bin they sold me please please please swerve this company it’s disgusting the way they’ve treated me seen a woman and thought shes a gobshite let’s rip her off
