I wish I had come here and read the reviews before purchasing. I paid for the $20 gift wrapping service thinking it would come with the pretty pink wrapping as displayed in the photo on their website but nope not even close. I am livid that I was even charged for some sh*t like this it clearly should’ve been free. Other than that delivery was fast. This took away some of my excitement especially because this was an early birthday gift to myself.

My whole bedroom is LoveShackFancy and I love it. If you like beautiful elegant things its perfect for you. All the reveiws are bad on here but thats just the only people who dont like it because the people who love it dont think to write reveiws! I just got back from the store and they were so kind! They exellent custimer survice and everything is amazing quality and just because a few people who had a bed experience with them doesnt mean you will too! Dont listen to them their trying to tear you down and if coquette elegant clean girl is your style, its perfect and make sure to look at the pottery barn room collection because its so cute!

Very bad policy with regard to price adjusting. my item price went down a lot before I ever received my package, which I still not have received, and they refused to honor a price adjustment, even though my item is still in stock in my size. Who does that??? I for one, will not be shopping with them again or be buying any of their products. There are too many other good options out there. Bad move. Honestly, I wasn’t shocked to see how many bad reviews they have.

Gorgeous pieces, but extremely overpriced for what they are worth. Also customer service- does anybody actually work here? Every time I have an issue with my order, I email, I call, I Instagram message. Nobody ever gets back to me when I call and leave a message. It’ll be weeks before I get in touch with someone. Also they are very unforgiving. When I have had issues with my order, for instance, when I placed an order by accident and got the size wrong and I wanted to change it. They said it was finalized and I couldn’t change my mind anymore. I’m not going to buy from this place anymore not worth the stress.

Myself and daughter visited the Notting hill shop on Tuesday 20th January.
The doorman was pleasant. I went in excitedly to see all the lovely items.
As I approached 2 female workers I went to smile and say Hi. They didn’t look at us, looked at each other with a look that instantly felt like we were being judged and back in a high school encountering some mean girls.
We were in London a few days and visited lots of lovely shops and restaurants. This one stands out for all the wrong reasons.
I then looked at reviews online. I noticed one saying she felt cause she wasn’t white and carrying a designer bag you are looked down on. Well they aren’t racist, they are just damn well rude stuck up mean girls in that shop. Myself and daughter are white and were carrying designer bags.
We didn’t fit with the look they wanted.
We turn a u turn and walked out.
It now puts me off stepping into another love shack fancy shop.
Really, do better!!!! I wished I had picked these young girls up on this.

They will not return emails and if you try to call they send you to voice mail. It’s been weeks and I still cannot get in touch with them about an incorrect order on their part. Terrible service.

I am very disappointed with my experience with LoveShackFancy. After placing a fully paid order, I was mis-informed by customer service about fragrance shipping and UK availability. When I raised this formally, I was promised a “goodwill gesture” and escalation to management - but after more than a week, I have not received a single follow-up, update, or apology from senior staff. Instead, I was sent incorrect tracking information for an unrelated order and left waiting.

This is not acceptable for a brand of their standing. The repeated broken promises, lack of communication, and misleading information caused unnecessary stress — particularly as the order was for my daughter, who was excited based on their online promotions.

I urge anyone reading this: be very cautious before placing an international order. Until LoveShackFancy improves their responsiveness and transparency, I cannot recommend them

I reached out to customer service to inquire about the packaging of a perfume set that cost over $500. Below are the ramblings I received, which I assume to be AI responses. I say skip them and go small business where you are spoken to like a human being.

I ordered a dress clicked medium xx small came up as confirmed I called right away they said nothing they can do. Will never shop there again

I spent months waiting for a very expensive two-piece set from the Resort collection. It finally came in stock and I ordered the skirt (cost $995) as soon as it hit the website. It quickly sold out. Meanwhile I receive my package and it contains two children’s plaid skirts. A completely wrong item. Granted, CS did resolve the issue BUT I had to return the erroneous items and wait for LSF to receive those before they will issue the refund. No attempt by them to locate the actual skirt that I wanted so badly in any of their stores. Just a “sorry it’s sold out.” Really very disappointed in the incompetence at their warehouse facility and the red tape I have to go through to fix THEIR mistake.

The prices are insane for styles and designs that are available at a fraction of the cost. It is humiliating that they would take advantage of our younger people and take their hard-earned money. It's insane -

WORST COMPANY EVER - I’ve spent thousands at LoveShackFancy over the years, but this has been the worst customer experience I’ve ever had. My order arrived half-opened, poorly sealed with one flimsy strip of tape, and covered in huge “LoveShackFancy” branding — practically begging to be tampered with. The cooler I paid for was missing, the claw clip was broken, and when I tried to get help, they ignored my calls and emails multiple times before finally replying.

Their “solution” was to promise a replacement claw clip, yet three weeks later it still says “being prepared.” As for the missing cooler, they flat out refused to replace it, trying to blame me for not buying “shipping protection.” That is disgraceful — it’s the retailer’s responsibility to deliver the order, not push blame onto FedEx or third parties.

This brand markets itself as luxury but delivers cheap packaging, missing items, and customer service that vanishes when there’s a problem. I’ll be filing a chargeback with my bank and warning others: don’t waste your money on a company that takes your cash, ships incomplete orders, and then ignores you

I placed two separate orders when the Stanley cup collab dropped - both with gift wrapping. One order arrived timely, the other said "label created" -still literally 15 days after I ordered. I emailed and was told sometimes it doesn't update and rest assured, all Stanley orders have left the building. So they now respond saying they placed a "complementary replacement order ", It's been three weeks. I noticed the amount was not including the gift wrapping. Again, I emailed to clarify and was told Stanley isn't eligible for gift wrapping (when my other order that arrived was gift wrapped). They only refunded the gift wrapping fee when I called them out. Their customer service is abysmal. They gaslight and cannot complete a simple order.

Every time I have ordered online, my order has been incomplete or incorrect!
Some of the items we want are not in our local store, but when I place orders for items in stock, it takes them a week to fulfill the order and then they refund me stating the items are now out of stock!
I have received incorrect items in my orders, and most recently I was missing a large item from my order. Customer service had me file a claim with the shipping protection. I am always sure to add it to LSF orders because they have a very strict, not our problem policy!
Customer service is okay, I feel like for the price point of their items, customers should get more than a “sorry for the inconvenience”. Especially for repetitive issues!
Shop in store if you’re able, because they definitely don’t have the online sales together!!!!

I ordered the LSF x Stanley collab tumbler on August 19th at 12:02 PM (just 2 minutes after the drop). It’s now September 2nd, two weeks later, and I still don’t have my order.

I’ve reached out multiple times over the past week and keep getting the same runaround. They claim they have 7 business days to ship, which originally wasn’t even stated on their site until I called them out and they quietly added it. My order has had a FedEx tracking number for a full week, yet nothing has actually shipped.

I paid $77 for a tumbler and they refuse to issue a refund. This is completely unacceptable.
0/10 I would never recommend shopping with LoveShackFancy.

Item said to sign up for restock notification but when I contacted to ask about it they said they do not have plans to restock the item.

Purchased a very expensive sweater online. After 10 days they still hadnt shipped it. They could not tell me when it would ship and refused to cancel my order and issue a refund. I had to submit a dispute with my credit card company in order to get my money back.

I bought shoes from LoveShackFancy online, and the size was way too small. I contacted customer service asking to exchange the shoes for a correct size, but they said they don't accept returns, and that it should have been clear to me that the item is non-refundable. The item was expensive, so I'm disappointed I wasted a lot of money. The return policy was not very clear while purchasing the item.

Horrible customer service! I bought a very expensive duvet and the color literally started peeling. They refuse to send me a replacement even with me offering the ship it back.
On the same week I bought a towel that came with so many loose strings and they told me to cut them off I CAN NOT MAKE THIS UP. I literally have the screenshots. Then the proceeded to offer me $18 back from a $125 + tax towel. Never buying from them again.
