My experience
I've bought a lot of pieces from loveshakfancy.com, but went to visit loveshackfancy in austin and was uncomfortable in the atmosphere. The women working there were all on their phones and the place felt super unwelcoming where I really wanted to just leave to be honest. If they were going for a not friendly vibe, they achieved it.

Never ever again, worse company ever!!! Customers are ignored, they never respond any emails,not even on Instagram comments, nothing! And they just don’t send my order, don’t buy from that store!!!!

They cancelled my order for inventory…
They cancelled my order for inventory shortage. I specifically told them I would wait for my item and they still cancelled my order after saying everything was fine.

Disgraceful customer service
This has never happened to me before with any other company. I payed $300 usd for SHIPPING ALONE, and still over a month after making the order have not received my order. I’ve tried emailing and contacting through Instagram on multiple occasions and have been ignored consistently. I do not recommend ever buying from this company, most disgraceful customer service I’ve ever experienced before.

Love shack pricey
I have yet to buy anything from this website but their clothes are very expensive and I have personally found things from other websites that are very legit at a much cheaper price. I guess the quality could be better than others but I would still need to buy and see though I do not have that money! I guess love shack fancy is really fancy.
