Food is good and I like the vacuum sealed packaging. All fully recyclable as well. Great service from the team as well.

i am very disappointed; this food delivery missed my first food delivery date (they refunded 30 pounds), and then they told i will get sunday; i texted them in the chat in the morning to confirm, they said i will get the delivery; at 21:00 i receive email that it was delivered, though no delivery came to the building;

The meals are still delicious. I’m now 100% happy with the packaging. This was an issue about which I had complained and now I’m totally satisfied with how well sealed they are now.

This is my first week on low carb diet. For food I would give 5 star. So delicious and fresh!!! I am glad I have found this company. I am just praying they are going to keep up with high standards throughout the whole month as I am definitely going to continue. With delivery I am giving 4 star as I had to wait until 10pm for my first delivery, but the lady from customer service helped out to solve the issue for the future. I fall in love with the company ethos and food. Thank you Love yourself for making my life easier and keeping me healthy.

One of my friends recommended me Love Yourself. I ordered meals, low carb 1200 kcal plan, since February because I wanted to loose weight, which I did (10 kg). The meals are great, a bit expensive but there are always some discounts available. The customer service is very good, especially Maria, she’s awesome, very friendly and helpful. I highly recommend Love Yourself, you won’t be disappointed!

food wasn’t made with fresh ingredients, some vegetables in salaa were rotten. Also delivery very late at night not convenient for us

Excellent variety of meals from breakfast to dinner, high fibre and protein loaded breakfasts in particular I enjoyed which didn’t compromise on taste. The snacks and meal sizes were well proportioned and satisfied my appetite. I tried this while isolating and helped maintain my nutritional balance when I lacked the energy to cook. Particularly appealing to busy professionals who wish to eat better, home cooked meals but lack time and energy after a long day for meal prep.

I ordered my first package in the middle of the week. They charged me for the whole week and only delivered one meal. Then just a few days later, they charged for the next week, and they delivered on Sunday and delivered two days meal at 8:00 while most of the food was smelling rotten/spoiled.
I tried 2 of the foods, one was extremely tasteless and oily, and the other one had HAIR in it. I've been contacting them for 2 days, and nobody is responding.
Even if you want to waste your money, I'd recommend staying away for your health.

This has been a life changer for me. I've been working from home since covid, and will often times forget to eat or just get by with a handful of nuts. My health, mood, and outlook have greatly improved since I have meals that have been made for me. Everything has been delicious. I've certainly tried things that I never would have previously.

Really enjoyed the food. Quick meals and filling also. Thanks a lot. Helped me out during a very busy period. 🙌🏼
