Instead of having to waste money on constant spray tans I could quickly use loving tan from home. I used the 2 hour express so I was tan so quickly. The undertones are not orange which was my favorite. I get a quick bronze tan from my home. The smell of your products is also so good! I never have to worry about that gross spray tan smell! I even got my mom to use it and she agreed it’s amazing !!

I have tried so many tanning solutions and they all claim not to smell but definitely do smell! Loving Tan is the first one that my husband didn’t or complain about! The color is also very natural and beautiful! I highly recommend this brand!

EU CUSTOMERS BEWARE!!! Additional duties may apply which you have to pay. Furthermore Lovingtan.com does not comply with EU rules on consumer purchases. This means, among other things, that you can not regret the purchase and get your money back. So if you place an order, you may risk having to pay a lot of money for customs duties and VAT and you can not regret the purchase if it happens. I just got charged 30 dollars for import duties, which I am forced to pay as the alternative is that all my money is lost and no items received.

As many have stated, Loving Tan does not value their customers. I purchased from their website because they had a "free applicator mitt with purchase" promotion. As I was checking out, there was no place to put the promotion code. I pushed "next" and it had placed my order. I assume this was an error on their end. I let them know via email immediately after my order was placed and they would not grant me the promotion or cancel the mitt before it shipped. It is only $14 but that is not the point - they should value their customers.

I have been purchasing products through Loving Tan direct for years with no complaints. How a brand handles a customer issue shows the true colors of how a brand values its loyal customers.
I made a purchase yesterday on the Loving Tan direct site. Within minutes I received a confirmation of my purchase. In that confirmation email, I realized I had ordered the wrong shade of their mousse.
Within seconds I reached out to their Customer Support Team to ask for assistance. The way the company handled my issue was very telling. They gave me a response saying that they could not update my shade in my cart due to the time change (Australia/US).
Mind you; I have not received a shipping notification, which means my items have not shipped. The Customer Service Rep then told me to return the items once I receive them and pay for the shipping and handling.
This is not a solution to my problem; this costs me more money than I expected to pay and a longer lag time to receive items that have not even shipped yet. I replied, asking for a different solution, and the response was that I refuse the delivery once the items are here.
To be honest, this was outrageous. Not only did Loving Tan not clarify whether or not I would receive a refund if I do refuse these items at delivery, but what happens if I am not home during the delivery to refuse it? The customer service reps emails' lack of detail made me not trust the brand and their process. I did not feel like a valued loyal customer, but a transaction. I am no longer going to be supporting this brand and purchasing its products. I highly recommend not supporting a company that does not value its customers.
UPDATE:
I reached back out to customer service for help and only got pointed to more directions with no solution. This company will not help solve/assist you with your order or issue. They will not take ownership of any problem at all. Long story short, their solution to me was to take up my problem with the post office. Loving Tan is a joke of a company. Purchase with caution.

Best tan ever. Only place I can get it in the UK after discovering it in Aus. Service is always great. The staff are so helpful. Can’t recommend enough x

always purchase from loving tan U.K. and even got some gradual dark freebies! Thank you for quick delivery in the U.K. and such nice customer service I Used to purchase Amazon U.K. and they charged double!!

Loving Tan Uk as advertised seems to be fake. Provided tracking information saying product received in the post on the 24th of December 2020.
Upto now product not received.
Don’t buy from this company.
Only reason I gave 1 star is because I would not be able to write a review.

I order from LovinTan in July, and I never received my product,
After having to go back and forth with the customer service, they say that the item unable to be delivered so it’s going back to the warehouse. (I order from them before and never have any issue with my address, with them or other companies).
And that I will receive a refund but it can take 90days.
(A minimum will be to sent me a replacement product or sent a refund straight up.)
So time flight, couples of email and one complaint on Instagram and I finally received an email saying that my refund proceeds, but (as a surprise ) and three weeks after still nothing. (We are mid November )
So again, contact them and they explain that
For some reason, it’s didn’t work, because my card was refusing the refund due to probably, stolen or fraud whatsoever.
But GIRL, when you realize that it’s was not working EMAIL your customers, don’t wait that AGAIN they sent you one because they are upset.
Didn’t apologize, don’t care.
Honestly, I understand that mistake happen, I got it.
But the way you are handling issues with a careless attitude and zero compassion will not make me buy from you again.
At least, you should send a replacement product that a minimum.

I was not impressed. The color was good. But streaky. It did not spread over my body easily. So. Good color and it dried really fast
Which is a big PLUS!! But it was too hard to spread evenly. This was after exfoliation and using a tanning mit

I never got my item due to corona, but the team always stayed really friendly ! Now after 6 months it was finally shipped back to them and they immediatly send my money back and i am really happy ! :)

I love Loving Tan. I have been using their products for years. Probably have spent hundreds close to thousands of dollars on their products. I’ve never had an issue until recently, I ordered two items & only 1 showed up in the mail. I have gone back & forth with customer service, have done everything they have asked me to and I’ve even sworn I’m not being dis honest. But they still aren’t offering to re send the missing product. It’s expensive and I am actually in need of it. It’s ridiculous that I have to go through so much trouble, for being such a loyal customer. I literally get sooo many compliments on my tan & I tell sooo many people about Loving Tan. I’m probably just going to have to dispute the charge now. I’m so annoyed!! Like someone who is lying wouldn’t go this far and go back and forth with customer service. Ughhhh

I just re-ordered the self tanning mousse because I'm about to run out. I use a different brand for face but it kinda dries my skin so I've ordered their face product, excited to try it out. The self tanning mousse(I use it in shade Dark) is lovely, the color is very nice especially given the fact that my natural skin tone is fair and I'm pleased I can get a beautiful golden brown looking bronze. I managed to get a smooth, even color and I have less than one year experience in self tanning so I'm happy with how it applies as well. If I'm being careful, it lasts up to one week. I had some sort of misunderstanding when I ordered for the first time and contacted customer service which was very efficient. I live in the UK and the shipping was fast even during COVID.

Great website. They have some deals especially with bundles including tanning mitt.
I found out about Lovingtan through youtube and instagram.
I found that my goods took 2 weeks maximum to arrive from Australia. Very pleased about this.
Even during the COVID-19 pandemic it took under 2 weeks to arrive.
Always packaged nicely with ribbon and a thank you card inside.
Only downside is having to pay and NON-GPB purchase fee but it ended up being about £3 in total so not too bothered.

I did not receive my order. I went back and forth with customer service and provided all the information they asked for. USPS showed it was delivered but I live in a large apartment building so it's impossible to know who they delivered it to. Since Loving Tan does not insure the order, there is not way to track it. I am a first time customer and feel that Loving Tan should have offered to replace the item. I would like the option to have it delivered other than USPS.

Taking forever to ship never get an accurate answer where shipment it. Sorry doesn't take a month to travel from AUS too Canada. Have had other things ship here faster during covid times.

I am never one to complain about anything! I wouldn’t say this is a complaint but a question. Why did my tan come off in huge white splotches after I went to the gym? I was super happy with the product because if how beautiful the color was and how it didn’t make me look like a orange:) But right after I got home from the gym there were huge white spots all over my body and you could tell the tan was coming off. I exfoliate and moisturized before putting the tan on. Anyways i’m happy with the product but maybe my skin doesn’t like it? :))

I love Loving Tan!!! i have tried so many different tanning brands and none of them really gave me the results i wanted, but the first time i tried the 2hour deluxe tanning moose, i fell in love!!! it doesn’t make you orange or streak and super easy to apply and remove!! definitely an all time fav!!
