As a first time buyer for any self tanning products, I did some research. As should everyone else. Not only for how the product works, but for how the company treats their buyers. I wish I would have read these reviews before I had high hopes for an amazing tan. Instead I ordered $100 worth of bad customer service.
Recently purchased the kit "ULTIMATE DELUXE PACK DARK" from Lovingtan.com. It includes; Bronzing Mousse, Instant Body Make Up, Applicator Mitt, Back Applicator, Exfoliating Glove.
Only received 4 out of the 5 items.
After receiving my package March 20th, I immediately contacted loving tan customer service to inform them that i was missing the "body make up" from my order. CS replied back to me the next day, March 21, asking for a picture of the items that I received. After they received the photo, they then told me "I have reached out to the warehouse team to investigate this. All Parcels are weighed at the time of dispatch so we are able to confirm if any items are missing."
March 22, CS replied "We have received a response from the warehouse confirming the weights and that all items were shipped."
I was furious, I replied back asking where to return my items, and that I wanted a refund. My last email has since been ignored. I wasn't going to support a company that accused me of lying over a bottle of what I think is lotion.
1.) I didn't receive all my items.
2.) Customer service non nonchalantly accused me of lying.
3.) Since I was missing an item, this confirms they just print and slap a shipping sticker onto a box, and don't actually weigh their packages.
4.) After, (March 22nd) I demanding to know where to return my box, and get a refund. Still no reply back, my email was ignored.
5.)Loving Tan will email back until they realize they have a customer issue and then ignore any further emails.
I will not be buying from lovingtan.com again. I dont want to take the risk of spending a large amount of money, missing items, and losing money because "the warehouse" miss prints labels, and customer service doesn't believe in their customers.
EDIT NOTE: Loving tan, if and when you read this. NO, I will not AGAIN try and contact your customer service email provided. POINTLESS. What you should do is reply back to the original complaint email first sent from I, and each and everyone of these buyers, you knowingly ignored. Take responsibility.

I ordered the Medium color of tanning mousse, shortly after realized I meant to order the dark color. I emailed them, got a response within a few hours from their rep- Sumer. She let me know they can't do exchanges but she immediately cancelled my order and refunded my money to me. Was very pleased with how this was handled. I read reviews that said otherwise, however, they were helpful and professional.
Ordered over a week ago with 2-3 working day delivery and have not received it still. They don’t reply to emails or messages on Instagram. They clearly just pay bloggers to hype the product up and then treat the people who actually pay for the product like rubbish. Don’t buy

I ordered from the website and within minutes of my order I realized I ordered the wrong color. I IMMEDIATELY sent an email to the company indicating I had inadvertently ordered the wrong color and could they please just change my order to the correct color. Two days later I received an email saying “sorry, it’s too late, your order has been processed”. They told me that I was welcome to return the product at my own expense and reorder the correct color. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?? I emailed within 5 miinutes of placing my order. Had I known that would be their response, I simply would have cancelled through PayPal and be done with it. Never again! By the way, When I sent a second email, I got the exact same form letter email back. Such horrible customer service. Was it worth it LOVING TAN??

Ordere my tans had a confirmation letter, its says delivery 2bussines days , now i am waiting for a week and they ignore phone calls and emails, just could atleast send an email saying it will take longer to deliver but no left me with worries i will get the products or not. Horrible experience, now will fight to get money back as i ordered more than one product!

Do not waste your money! The product did not arrive over a month from ordering. Contacted all methods provided and I’ve been ignored. Even my calls are being rejected. I will be taking this further.

i have tried soooo many tans ..i could never get away with a mouse , i allways opted for the creams or gels with having dry skin mouse didnt look good ! ..but this tan is just amazing it didnt go orange ,ive olive tone skin and i found all tans id tried didnt exactly look brown on me but ..this tan is perfect for olive skin tones ,i can safely say ive found the perfect tan ..i urge you ladys plz give it a try i promise you ..you will love it !!!! worth every penny !!❤❤❤❤❤
I had a wonderful experience with loving tan. The delivery was very fast, even though I live in Denmark, the other side of the world, I received my package after only 7 days! The packaging is really pretty and I love the personal note and pink satin ribbon you get with your order. No complaints at all.
I was absolutely bowled over by Loving Tan ( Islington ) and their efforts to ensure that I managed to pick up one of their products for my daughters 18th birthday at short notice. Although the only day I could get in to London was Monday ( usually closed ), they opened up especially for me to be able to get it. I was so pleased, as was my daughter, and I cannot say enough how high I rate them for arranging this...Buy from them with confidence and use the Whatsapp Number on the website to contact them...Thank you so much guys....I really do appreciate your fantastic efforts to help me XX

I placed an order for the dark LT MOUSSE!
Money was taken and email sent to confirm order and then nothing been trying to contact for 3 days to see when my order will be dispatched?! I rang, txt, emailed and WhatsApp I even messaged on instagram after thinking this could be a scam?!
I run my own company and customer service is paramount I’m disappointed that every message has gone unread, or even ignored?!
First time using this company so very very disappointed!!!!!!!!

The BEST self tanner out there! Very recommended.
I was so excited to try this Tanner due to the many reviews I found about the Tanner been great. I did not get to try the tanner because while I was on my way to a trip 4 hours away from my home the container leaked out all the product into my bag. When I reached out to the customer service department they told me that they couldn’t do anything for me because they advise to keep the product in a sealed bag. I didn’t think that I would have to seal The product in a bag when I’m only traveling 4 hours away from my home. Makes me happy that I didn’t travel through plane with this product. Although I was very excited to try this product I am no longer interested due to the bad customer service that I received. This Company clearly doesn’t stand behind their product

Love the quickness of shipping, love they offer coupons, love the sweet little notes they include with each order. I have ordered twice and both times were great. Love the ease of application and the natural look I get when applied. Like that it doesn’t smell like most self tanning, but not gaga over the floral like scent. Would recommend to anyone, very happy overall!
Super god hjemmeside og lækre produkter. Er blevet helt vild med deres selvbrunere, det ser simpelthen så flot ud. Efter jeg havde bestilt fra deres hjemmeside, fik jeg med det samme en ordrebekfræftelse og dagen efter en hjælpe video som viste hvordan man fik påført selvbruneren rigtigt. Pakken kom efter 13 dage, hvilket er rigtigt optimalt når man tænker på at det sendes fra Australien. Alt i alt en rigtig god hjemmeside.
This website is amazing! Their products are true to what they say - so professional and have different products and shades of colours to provide different uses. They are so so responsive to their messages, whether that's by email or by messenger on Facebook - even though I'm in the UK and they are in Australia, they also have such a friendly approach and do everything they can to help!!
