If you care about vintages and order on line, they show a vintage and substitute whatever they have. Never buy from them if you care about getting what you order.

I found a hard to find item at Luekens. I received it via UPS to the west coast of the U.S. seven days after ordering. Excellent!

Unfortunately, North Carolina does not have Paul Masson Ice in stock, but Luekens was there to assist me with my order and delivery. Danke you guys.

I ordered 2 bottle of Sweet Wheat 1792 and no issues. Great price and quick shipping! The bottles were packed well and safely arrived by UPS. This was my first order on this site, and it went well. I am always hesitant to order online, but no issues at all. I would recommend this site, and will be ordering from this site again.

Poor reviews worried me on my first order. Non issue. Delivery was prompt, good status updates in Email, well packed and a great price. I'll be back.

I recently purchased 24 bottles of wine from this company. It arrived hot. Not warm, but HOT! I called and I emailed them but they never responded. Clearly this company does not care about their customers. If you want your expensive purchase to be taken care of during shipping, order it from someone else

My first order of 12 bottles of champaign was short 3 bottles. After waiting for over a month, several unanswered emails to online customer service and only after calling retail customer service, did I get a replacement shipment which was one bottle short. I again emailed online customer service and received no response. I then contacted retail customer service to ask for help and advised that, at this point, I would just like a refund for the missing bottle of Korbel Natural ($17.99). Today, I received notice of a refund for $10.96, short yet again!

I placed an order for the first time on December 1, 2023, received an email on December 6 the order was picked up and............ nothing. I do not have my order still on December 25th and my previous attempts to reach out for a status update have not received a response. Trying to track my order with my order number or the actual tracking number they provided to me via email do not work or provide any information. I am not sure I will ever see this order.

Well, here it is Christmas and New Years time…… What Special Customer Appreciation do we have with the lustrous Luekens Liquors. Nothing."…Yep nothing. Every liquor Store worth a salt is doing “ Allocated ” bottles as a Holiday Event. Nope not Luekens.. we will take your money, we give a pooo about bourbon loyalty, it’s profits profits that’s important, not treating our loyal. Wait ex loyal customers to anything. Can’t do anything for the Bourbon Collector. Poor poor relations with Tampa BayWhiskey Society ( a fantastic group of folks) Extremely sub sub gutter poor Bourbon Source at regular retail. Most priced Secondary Market to give Susie and Hubby huge profits With no support to Bourbon collectors not flippers like Luekens stay away…….

I was nervous about ordering from Luekens at first, especially reading some negative reviews. I'm happy to say my experience was nothing short of excellent! I brought four bottles of Japanese whiskey and they all arrived at the same time, in extraordinary packaging within about 10 days of making my order. This was speciality liquor for Christmas and I'm proud to say... Luekens Wine and Spirits did an outstanding job.

I bought whiskey online that I can't find on the west coast and at a good price with fair shipping cost. The following day after placing my order I found another bottle I wanted. I emailed the store and they were quick to reply and made the changes then shipped quickly. I couldn't ask for more. Great experience

Been waiting 2 weeks for a bottle I ordered. Can't make sense of the tracking or if its even real. They don't even reply to email.

I tried to shop here. And was told to leave because they don't like people "like me" . If I never said I was half Turkish, I'm sure I'd be able to shop at the liquor store across the street. But now they threaten me with trespassing no reason at all. With the price gouging they're doing, I'd just only shop here if I had a really good coupon or if i was like most of their customers now, pan handling for a few bucks at a time to buy cheap small bottles... Definitely my last choice if I want to buy an expensive tier bourbon or other high end whiskey or even wines. They are soulless and will scalp not only their customers, but their own employees as well.. With the low pay, firing people after telling them they may become management in a week, somehow they even got one employee using the new video game consoles, 400$ for retail and sold to a person they have working for them for 700$, when that person, allegedly was making minimum wage just like how I did when I was there over a year ago now. Oh and I was abused and taken advantage of by the people I worked with. Lied to. Cheated. I only enjoyed the interactions and support from my lovely customers I had the pleasure to get to know.

Attention Attention What a great deal Wild Turkey Masters Keep Voyage WoW only a small penance of 399.99 ha ha. No Joke. This retails for 199.99 which is still a hefty price. But you will be the proud owner for 399.99 at Luekens the Gougers. Wait until Gaspers or Whiskey Willies has it for 199.99 Don’t line the pockets of Luekens empire of gouging your wallet…Their pricing is good for them but not for you. Why spend money at a place that doubles retail on certain bottles. This is why I do a fraction of my business with Luekens go to another store that doesn’t gouge. There is no FOMO with this Wild Turkey release

Jenn a nasty human being. As a customer have heard her talk down to her colleagues many times.

I have never heard of this website so I was skeptical but I tried it and everything arrived on time and in good condition, I would definitely use them again
