Wanted a watch for more everyday wear rather than my high end other , if potential buyers are expecting a high quality heavy feel then you will be disappointed glows fantastic in the dark the bezel only works anti clockwise and yet to test the waterproofing, payed just less than £400 but watch is very light which somewhat cheapens the feel of it I think if you think of the watch as functional rather than fashionable or luxurious then you’ll probably get your head around the lightness of it time will tell if it’s been worth the money .

Ver poor quality product

Bought a Luminox watch because of the promise of good solid quality. What I got was a really poor quality watch. First issue was after 3 months the face glass started to mist up. Called the service centre and was told this was due to rapid temp changes. I explained that I have a number of watches and this should not happen. They then informed me I could return the watch to them to check the seals. This cost me £7:99 which they refused to pay. Got the watch back and all was ok for a few months then started misting up again. Also during this time the strap clip just fell apart for no reason. Called the service centre again and was told the issue must be how I was using the watch. Informed them I always remove my watches when entering water or even when doing any manual works. Made no difference to them and the attitude was disgraceful. Don’t buy these watches as they are really poor quality and the warranty is not worth the paper it is written on.

Avoid Luminox at all costs

If I could give a negative star rating I would. My watch has been superb all the way up till August of last year. I sent my watch in to luminox to get fixed/tune up, quoted $395. Paid it, got the watch back in October, time was still off. I thought maybe I didn’t wind it enough (automatic). So I gave it a good college try and benefit of the doubt. The watch started losing hours, then half days, then one day it just stopped working all together. They sent my watch back after repair worse than what it was. Contacted them, they sent me a prepaid label. Sent it off to them, and it’s been two weeks. I haven’t heard anything from the company of them receiving it, they’re fixing it, they lost it, throwing it out, sold it off nothing. For being a $1,200 watch (Atacama) and $400 repair cost, you’d think their customer service would be a little better. I will not for as long as I shall live recommend or buy another luminox product ever again. I might even get rid of it if luminox can ever fix it and give it back to me in the next century. I don’t have any connection or stake in the company, but get a Stirling watch. Their customer service is 10 stars compared to luminox and their stuff is nice and durable with a reasonable price.

Not the same quality, terrible customer service.

I purchased a new Luminox watch directly from the company’s website as a Christmas present to myself, specifically to avoid any issues with authenticity or condition. When I opened the box on Christmas Day, I immediately noticed visible imperfections on the watch bezel.

I took clear photos and submitted them with my warranty registration, expecting this to be handled appropriately. After waiting several weeks without any response, I reached out to Luminox to follow up.

The response I received was brief and disappointing. I was told that the bezel is not covered under warranty, with no acknowledgment that the watch arrived brand new with visible defects, nor any attempt to offer a reasonable resolution.

Consumer warning: If you are purchasing directly from Luminox expecting quality control and support for a new, defect-free product, be aware that cosmetic defects present at delivery may not be addressed—even when documented immediately. For a premium-priced watch, this level of customer service is unacceptable.

I expected better from Luminox.

I'd rate "0" if I could....

I'd rate "0", but that option isn't available. I sent in a VERY EXPENSIVE "Navy Seals" Luminox for repair & cleaning. Was told by the company "we don't make those parts any longer; we can't repair this watch". WHAT?!?! This is a watch MADE BY YOU, SOLD TO ME (VERY EXPENSIVELY!!!), and now you can't/won't repair?!!? Look, the watch, when it ran, was AWESOME. But, if the company that makes and sells the watch can't/won't repair it when needed, then why spend so much money on a timepiece who's major benefit is it's ability to "glow" better than most other watches? Save your money folks, buy a Citizen. I cannot tell you how disappointed I am (because Trustpilot won't let me leave a "0").

Absolutely disgraceful customer service

Absolutely disgraceful customer service. They muddled up the postage stickers and sent me a rubber strap and my mesh strap to the other person.
Attempts were made by both parties to contact luminox uk and in the end I pinged a text to the fella and posted him his strap off my own £.
My strap arrived eventually and he very kindly did the same again on his own £.

We both attempted to contact luminox customer service to no avail. The only option is to email, there is no other way of contacting them. When they do respond it's blasé with no clarity on what they will do to help or even acknowledge the mistake they made in the first place.

They sporadically reply at ridiculous times of day early morning or late night indicating that the customer service dept is not within the UK.

You hear nothing from them until weeks later when you've sorted it all out anyway. Then they have the audacity to request a receipt for postage under £10 to compensate for the frustrations.

Ridiculous, if they truly cared about customers and thier watches they would provide a dedicated department who would respond in a timely manner. I would not recommend and will never buy another luminox watch again.

Buyer beware this was just for a strap imagine the difficulty on a warranty issue.

Wrote 3 email, no reaction.
I'm allready don with luminox . I'l never buy a luminox again. its a shame!!!!!!

Pacific diver bleef achterlopen

Pacific diver bleef achterlopen, ook na retour reparatie. Twijfel of dit horloge ook werkelijk gerepareerd is, want achterlopen/ stilstaan bleef bestaan toen ik het horloge weer retour had. Gelukkig was de horlogewinkel wel oke en heeft me een ander horloge laten uitzoeken. Voor mij nooit weer een Luminox.

Ne ho comprati almeno 5, ma...

Ne ho comprati, nel tempo, almeno 5. Uno ha smesso di funzionare dopo un mese, sfilandosi senza motivo la corona di carica. Un altro ha avuto infiltrazioni di acqua semplicemente lavandomi il viso. Un altro si è staccata Lal linguetta interna che tiene ferma la batteria, fissata con una vite microscopica che si è infilata nel meccanismo. E questi sono gli orologi dei Navy Seal? Pagati oltre 300 euro l'uno? Meglio un buon Timex di una volta, oppure un Casio G-Shock.

Wish I would have read the reviews first.

Give them the opportunity to put right the fact that the strap broke after 2 weeks of LIGHT wear then they said oh we can replace it but it's a good will gesture but you'll have to pay postage for the energy strap.. ok so I done that and then the strap failed again.

Contacted them to say come on must be a issue with the materials you're using what can be done, the watch at this point was 2 months old ISH the new strap was about 3 weeks.

Considering they market their watches at the likes of navy seals and Bear Grylls the quality isn't what they proclaim and yeah be fair if they would have sorted the strap issue then all in all it's not a bad watch for the price point.

Luminox. Your move.

Horrible product quality and service

Horrible product quality and service. I received a Sea Turtle Luminox dive watch as a gift in December of 2024 and from the beginning it would randomly stop ticking so it never kept good time. Since it was a gift I had no proof of purchase so they would do nothing to remedy the situation. I have a collection of 20+ watches and this is the first time I have had such a bad experience. Poor quality out of the gate and then they back it up with terrible service. I won't support a company that won't stand behind their products. Stay away from this brand to avoid getting burned.

UTTER EXPENCIVE RUBBISH

Purchased a "LUMINOX COMMANDO RAIDER DUAL TIME XL.3337" last month from "timeshop24". I've had to replace the battery this week, the "SO CALLED LUMINOUS HANDS & HOUR MARKERS" don't glow at all.
I can only assume they are "VERY OLD STOCK". Timeshop24 are "GERMAN & SHOW THIER ARROGANCE" DON'T RESPOND TO email & ARE IGNORANT on the phone.
DON'T RATE LUMINOX, Expensive and warranty is "WORTHLESS".
TRASER H3 watches are 100 times better in QUALITY & SERVICE & the same price.

The watch is fabulous

Luminox has a terrible rating here but that's not my experience. An email to the helpdesk was replied to within 3 hours and the watch arrived next day. The watch is fabulous, exactly as shown and a great deal in the Spring 25 sale.

After 6 months the watch stopped…

After 6 months the watch stopped working. They charge $35 to send your watch in for "warranty". The store I purchased which sells rolex and other luxury brands, Luminox will not repair. They want another $140, $40 for all new guts and then $95 in labor. Total BS. Do not recommend. They do marketing and a tough look but the cheapest possible watch internal pieces.

Clasp broken after 5-6 times use

Clasp broken after 5-6 times use, they advised me to buy a complete strap from them for £128. I paid £450 already for the watch.
Customer service is awful and takes them 2-3 days to get back to me after each email.
A lot of excuses and they finish with thanks for your understanding, the problem is I don’t understand them.
How can they expect me to pay an extra £128 after a month I purchased the watch.
Don’t be fooled by they advertising and all the “Swiss made” stuff, poor quality watch and even poorer customer service.

This company replies in such a slow speed it demonstrates a disregard and contempt for its customer base.
Products feel plasticky, flimsy & cheap.
