I was super hesitant to purchase from this site but I took the chance and I'm glad that I did. Sent PayPal payment on Oct 10 and received the bag on Oct 23 so it took about 13 days.

Customer service was excellent as Ray responded to my emails quickly whenever I had a concern. We already own an authentic LV bag/wallet and I have to say, the one we ordered is pretty spot on that I'm impressed.

I saw an article on this company and decided to try them out. I was not disappointed, the quality of these bags are so spectacular and exact, I ended up buying some more. This is my new favorite site!

I ordered the Artsy braided handle bag in Feb 2020. When it arrived, some of the black outline of the handle was flaked or worn off. About 3 months later, one of the feet on the bottom of the bag came off. The only way to fix it was to cut a slit in the lining and screw the foot back on.
Last week the O ring holding the handle on one side completely broke. It was plastic in the middle and there is no way of fixing it. I emailed Ray and explained what happened and I also included photos of all the problems I’d had. I asked if he could do anything for me and he never responded to me. For $326 that I spent on the bag, I at least hoped for a discount on a new one. He happily replied to my emails when I inquired about purchasing a bag but completely ignored me when I had an issue. Spend your money elsewhere that has better customer service.
