At first I was skeptical, so bought an LV Artsy, without incredibly high expectations. It arrived sooner than I expected. Beautiful 1:1 mirror, so then I had to go for it. My Holy Grail of bags has been a purple Birkin. Ordered the 35 cm in Anemone Togo leather. It's PERFECT. Not a single stitch out of place, for literally hundreds less than a used empty Hermes box would cost me. At this price, I will actually use it--as soon as I quit staring at it. Ray is the world's master at customer service. Outstanding in every way. Couldn't be happier!

I received my bag today and it is PERFECT!! I ordered an LV Reverse Pochette Metis from Ray on 1/4, paid on 1/5, and received on 1/14!! It was carefully packaged and arrived in perfect condition. I previously owned the auth same bag but returned it soon after due to buyer’s remorse. This bag is identical. Honestly, I’m so blown away by the quality and accuracy. I ordered an LV bag and wallet. I was skeptical with placing and order but felt comfortable with them being one of the few sites that allow me to use PayPal. My stuff arrived pretty quick and I was extremely impressed with the quality of both items. My wallet however, was different than the one pictured on the website. The gucci ophilida bag that I purchased is gorgeous came with dust bag and papers. It looks just like the one my dad bought me in high school that I lost. I will buy from them again

I absolutely am in love with my handbag! I ordered Louis Vuitton Damier Ebene Canvas Eva Clutch N55213 on 12/8 and received on 12/21! This is fake leather. The bag design is ok, but the leather is fake. I scratched the underside with my fingernail and the material started rubbing off. I have several faux LV bags, but I have never received one with such an awful fake leather job - ever. I knew something was off when I opened the pkg and saw the "leather" color - a horrible caramel color.

Ray, I got the Chanel small bag today. What??! I was SO pleasantly surprised...looks just like my authentic Jumbo!! I didn’t want to spend much on a small since I wouldn’t use it that much, and SO glad I found you! I’ll be back for more...thank you!!

The LV pieces are excellent quality. I just wish the seller had communicated with me earlier regarding the items being stuck in customs.
