It took a while to get it…
It took a while to get it with it being out of stock with the manufacturer so it didn’t not arrive in the window that was promised . This caused us some delivery issues but Annette went out of her way to keep me updated after I made the initial contact. Happy to say it arrived on site today. Not checked it out or used it yet but I’m sure if all ok we will use this company again.

Fabulous customer service excellent company
I had to wait for my tub but it was because it was out of stock at Lazee spa and I so wanted the Hollywood so waited. It was well worth the wait I absolutely love it. Also it is way bigger than I expected and my little granddaughters say they can swim in it ha ha

Great Seller. Will Buy From Again
I brought a Lazy Spa hot tub. Initially I was a bit hesitant as the price was a lot less than anywhere else but I took a chance and I'm glad that I did!
A query I had was answered straight away and the item came quickly. The delivery company were good and kept me informed about the delivery.
I'd definitely buy from Luxury Garden Party again.

Cheapest price about and fast delivery
I was after a lay-z spa santorini and searched all over the Internet for the best price, luxurygardenparty was the cheapest I could find, saving £100-£200 compared to other retailers/websites, spoke to Annette before my purchase, checked reviews on trust pilot and thought I'd purchase from them, ordered on Sunday, arrived Friday, setup on Saturday and enjoying the spa on Sunday, so within a week we were relaxing in our new Lay-Z-Spa so I am well happy with my purchase thankyou Annette

Took longer to be delivered
I haven't received it yet! I was told it would be delivered within 6 working days, which was last week, but not due until today. Disappointed!

Blatant disregard of Consumer Rights Act 2015
Luxury Garden Party delivered on time, but that's where the professionalism stopped. I reported a fault within 24 hours, only to be dismissed and told to deal with the manufacturer — a blatant attempt to dodge their legal responsibilities under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
This is not just poor service — it's a complete disregard for consumer rights. Retailers are legally obligated to handle faults within the first 30 days, yet they refused to take accountability. Their response was evasive and unacceptable.
I’ve reported them to Trading Standards. I would strongly advise others to steer clear. If something goes wrong, don’t expect this company to take responsibility.

Hi Sam, I am really sad you feel the need to leave this 1 star review. As I explained Lay z spa insist on all claims that they must go through them direct as explained in detail on our returns proceedure. This is the only manufacturer that we deal with who insists that we deal with claims in this way. You have a 2 year warranty but this is directly with them as they will not send us replacements to us. You ordered on 24th June and advised us of this claim on 2nd July. I must point out that all Lay z spa retailers have to deal with all claims in this way and not just Luxury Garden Party. We asked you to send us the claims ref no so we can chase this claim for you but as yet you have not responded to this request.

Courier lost the first shipment
Courier lost the product and gave me 3 different delivery dates.courier company (DX)were useless. Comms with luxury Garden Party was good, however. Annette was responsive and helpful. She shipped a replacement which arrived quickly.

Hiya Katherine, yeah what a nightmare with your delivery, so sorry. Its strange though because as a rule they have been fantastic. As its a Pallet Network of companies I suppose it depends on where you like and which depot and more importantly which driver is dealing with the delivery. Some are better than others, sad to say but ask any business about Couriers and they will probably say the same. In the meantime thank god your Hot Tub eventually arrived for this amazing weather and thank you for sticking with us and being so flipping patient. Kind regards Annette x
