Ich habe eine einzige Kreditkarte mit der ich eine Zahlung durchgeführt habe. Diese Kreditkarte wird nicht Verifiziert weil die Kartennummer angeblich nicht stimmt aber auf den Kartenabrechnungen ist es ersichtlich dass es sich um diese Karte handelt….Nie wieder dieses Casino

UPDATE: Karte wird immer noch nicht verifiziert obwohl meine Kontoauszüge und meine letzte Zahlungshistorie beweisen das ich mit Karte **6183 bezahlt habe, ich habe noch nie eine Karte **4557 besessen, LV Bet behauptet das Gegenteil obwohl ich nachweisen kann das es Karte **6183 ist !!!!

Been waiting over a week now for my payout . Iv been verified etc but still no sign of my money . Apparently it’s all manual so I’m in a queue , it’s 2022 there’s casinos out there who pay out in seconds/minutes . Good selection on games on Lv but payout is none existent.

Update of the 20th of June, tried to take this review down by complaining that it was fake. Get a grip you terrible compnay and actually be a fair company.

@ LV, you can identify me as a customer....I have responded to you. Although it is worrying that this maybe happening on a regular basis, that you do not remember/know that you have frozen over £10k worth of funds...

No one from your CS can tell me why you think it is acceptable to take a) the original deposit b) the winnings, apart from its states account balance with be kept as per your T and Cs, no one can tell me where the money will be held, i.e. does this simply go to pay for the Christmas staff party and what law are your T and Cs under and how this justifies stealing both my original deposit and winnings.

Deposited a large amount of money. No issues, then when I doubled my money, suddenly requesting verifications. I duely shared my details. Got told then i need to hold my passport, which I believe is an invasion of privacy. Offered to hold a conference call with them. Nothing. Requested as part of the Freedom of Information all my transcripts. Very slow response, nothing via conversation all just cold faced emails.

I mean what are you talking about? Again shows the shadyness of the company, like a mafia the case is final. I didnt want your account anyway, I requested to close the account due to your awful approach.

Do not give these thief’s your money. The lie, steal and cheat. I won money and for email 5 days later saying they’ve cancelled my winnings because I have a second account which I ain’t, I went on to a seperate chat and asked and they said I only have one account. They don’t refund deposits which by law they should. Burn this company to the ground, they give online betting a bad name. SCUMBAGS

Withdrawal takes too long.
Withdrew Thursday after depositing won a decent amount around £500.
All over the Web, all adverts even Google advises 1-24 hours Withdrawal.
I questioned on live chat (which was closed) to be told there is a 3 working day processing time, not including weekends as not classed as these are non working days, so am still waiting for my Withdrawal.
When you finally look at Withdrawal times does advise from 72 working hours Withdrawal which in this day and age is insane! So they can take my deposits in seconds but any winnings I must wait for.

The welcome offer with a deposit of 10 euros is great! I earned 50 euros with that. The site needs a little work but the support is truly commendable. You can play without worrying as their support team will resolve any issue for you. This casino deserves high rating as I did not face any issues others claim to have!

Warte nun schon 2 Wochen seit meiner ersten Auszahlungsanfrage. Nachdem die Auszahlung aufgrund des verfizierungsprozess 2 Mal storniert wurde . Nun ist mein Konto verfiziert und ich warte noch immer. Ich bin gespannt was das nächste Problem ist da es sich um eine Auszahlung von 5000 Euro handelt.

They will not process withdrawals.
PLEASE BEWARE: LVBET ARE NOT PAYING OUT.
They use the 72 hour excuse and that there is a massive queue for withdrawal payments. This is just lies. They do not want to pay and will keep lying, hoping you re-use the funds and keep going until you lose it all.
You will not get paid inside their T&C processing period which is 3 days.
All other betting sites will process same day or latest within 24 hours.

72 hours / 3 days for withdrawals stated as part of be T&C’s. I’ve been a customer for 2 years and fully verified for that time. Asked to withdraw a large sum last week and it wasn’t done. You know what you are doing so let’s not try and hide the real reason you WOULDN'T process my withdrawal.
My advise is stick with the well known bookmakers, top 10 that advertise all over UK and Ireland. Some will send your money back in less than 3 hours.
Stay clear of the backstreet bookies that will hold your money until you either give up trying to withdraw it and use it again or they give it back once their own bank balance is heathy.

This site is useless I have sent my documents so many times and keep getting rejected and they asked for same documents I done that 5 or 6 times so I close the account just wasted my time as soon you decide to cashout they will find a way to ask for documents you can't provide they ask for all even my paysafe account never had to do that done with this 😡

Update on previous review. Having played here for 3 weeks, I woils give this site zero stars if I could. Having deposited multiple times now, have still not had a spin on the LV Wheel. It’s impossible to find out how to do this. The games are playing at the lowest rtp and certainly not as advertised. 99% of my game play has had rtp of between 9 and 65% with lowest paying bonuses when you get one. Still unable to find my overall net deposit position but from the last approx 20 deposits I have had one withdrawal where I was in profit by £5 (which took 3 days to process). Don’t mind losing but not when the low returns mean you get no actual time on the game and not really fair to have 20-40 dead spins with a 5p win being the end result.
there also doesn’t appear to be any rewards or levels unlike other sites for game play/wagering.

It’s a shame as they have a big selection of games and the site seems to be quite stable after the first week of a few crashes, however slow withdrawal times, lack of rtp meaning no proper game time and lack of info, live support (you have to email) means I can only update with a negative review

I try withdrawal my winning after a few check my account I saw withdrawal fail spoke to agent on line they cancelled my old card put winning back into my account
I try withdrawal my winning again just check my account again its fail again now waiting on my winning going to back into account to try and withdrawal all over again
Now it's seem my winning £300 has disappeared
