Placed a bet in line with a promotion but they refused to credit my bonus, I only ever played infrequently with these due to issues withdrawing in the past. Nothing but scammers don’t give them your money.

LV Bet macht sich sehr viel mühe was den Spielerschutz betrifft, achtet darauf das Spielpausen, Spielpausen bleiben ohne das das Konto vorzeitig geöffnet wird, kann verschiedene Limits anbieten und der Support gibt sich auch sehr viel mühe um seine Kunden was Verantwortungsbewusstes Spielen angeht. ( Leider können Limits nach 24 Stunden geändert werden, würde es besser finden, wenn dies nach 7 Tage der fall wäre)

Der Support ist immer im Livechat sowie auch, Email tagsüber immer und schnell erreichbar, kompetent und stets freundlich. Selten auf deutsch

Awful to use the website for sports when using your phone - clunky, slow and displays incorrect information.

Unlegit, mein vollständig umgesetzter Bonus wurde einfach resetet nachdem ich diesen (2000€) Auszahlen wollte.

I’ve had very good experiences with LV ( definitely 5 stars). But today there is something strange. Made a withdrawal yesterday and I know this may take 3 business days. This morning my withdrawal was cancelled. I didn’t receive an email, so asked the operator on live chat. I was told the reason is an unsettled deposit. Haven’t got a clue what that means. There are no incomplete deposits in my account. I trust everything will be fine. So my three stars will be 5 again. But reading all these reviews do give me some concerns.
