Wrong product sent, no response !!!
I recently purchased a rope light and specifically ordered the "Cool White" colour. Unfortunately, I received a different colour instead. I reached out to customer service, and they said they would check with their warehouse. It has now been over two weeks, and despite sending follow-up messages, I haven’t received any further response.

Excellent trading company
I am very pleasantly surprised by the speed of delivery. I ordered the first time at LYCO bulbs on Sunday at 10am, the shipment arrived at my home on Monday before 10am. How did they do it? Some kind of magic. Thank you very much and I recommend to all future customers👍

Fantastic customer service.
I had received an order that had some slight shipping damage to one of the components. This company supplied a complete replacement without charge or having to complete any forms etc. The replacement arrived within a working day. All I had to do was to contact the Customer service agent, by telephone, and the whole issue was resolved. Lyco will be my first point of contact for any and all of my future requirements. Outstanding Customer service!

Ordered a outside double flood light…
Ordered a outside double flood light with pir, the order was delivered very quickly and I was Impressed how well packaged it was. The light was a good price compared to other companies.
We haven't as of yet had the light fitted. But the overall experience with this company was very good 👍

Not to happy….
Not to happy but I guess it isn’t Lyco’s fault but my contract is with them.
Got a text from FedEx saying my order would be deliver between 8.40 and 12.40. Get another text at 8.04 saying, sorry we missed you. Not a great start but it is FedEx’s fault.
If I knew they used FedEx, I would have shopped elsewhere where as FedEx, UPS and DHL are some of the worst couriers, especially in my area.
So here I am writing a review as Lyco emailed me asking how my experience was and I don’t even have my product.

Mailed Customer Services with a tech query but the reply didn't address the issues, requested again x3 and nil response after 5 days so took my purchase elsewhere, another example of the empty office syndrome?

Very good quality ceiling LEDs. Look good and not as plasticky as some. They arrived very quickly by courier. Perfect for my outdoor home office. Choice of brightness. Great price for the quality.

No response from CS almost a month
Ordered a lighting expected deliver around 2 weeks. However my builder told me that the timing cannot match. So, ask to cancel order . Lyco customer service return email on 1 Feb 2025 stated that they will reply on 2 working days. Up to now 26 Feb 2025 still no response. Ticket ID 02679943
