I had a very disappointing experience with LYCO Group.
I ordered a wall light which was never delivered. After chasing multiple times, I received a response from customer service apologising for the delay and confirming that a refund would be issued. Unfortunately, that refund was never processed.
Since then, I have sent numerous follow-up emails and have received no response at all. The lack of communication and failure to resolve the issue is extremely unprofessional.
Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company. The customer service is very poor and unreliable.

So far so good. Purchased four outdoor lights. Arrived promptly. Well packaged. Items as described no issues with installation though install notes not that good But not company fault . Good value. Would I use again defo.

I purchased two led ceiling lights around 2 years ago one of these ceased from functioning, I sent an email as to whether this was the acceptable life span, and thought no more of it, then a few days later a replacement turned up, now I wasn't expecting that but thank you for the exceptional service, so good that I have purchased two more to replace other ageing lights in the house.

Made my order on Dec 30 with next day delivery. Received my first package on Jan 5th (the delay that I can understand). However a big chunk of order was missing. Emailed about it, got a response that it will be DISPATCHED on Jan 14th. Then they just cancelled my order and didn’t refund me but kept the payment on the website balance. An absolute joke of a customer service

These are usually brilliant fast delivery great prices and decent gear. Last order took a long time from processing to being sent out which is unusual for them they must sell Christmas lights as well so we’ll let them off this time. Good company on the whole, will definitely be using in future
The down-lights are exactly as expected, great quality and easy to install. However, the delivery (by FedEx) was a catalogue of missed appointments and lies, "next day delivery" took three days.
You have asked me to review a product I still haven't received. I ordered a lamp and was promised next day delivery. When it hadn't landed 2 days later I emailed to ask where it was. You apparently didn't actually have one in stock to sell me. That didn't stop you pocketing my money. I'm aware that for some reason that's perfectly legal, something I've always thought strange. If I advertise a BMW for sale, pocket someones cash, then tell them I don't actually have one, I'd get arrested for fraud. Not the case with online shops. I have no idea if and when I will actually get the lamp so I can't comment on it's quality. I can however review Lyco Group Ltd as a company. Crap!
