AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Bought a MacBook Pro that was supposed to be A-Grade which came with marks on the base and scratches on screen. I sent it back for a replacement as it was unacceptable, for 3-4 months I've been lied to every week that it's repaired and dispatched. Now I have no response from them at all, always pay with a credit card to get your money back. Absolute scammers!

£120 stolen. Web chat doesn’t work! Phone numbers ring out, emails not answered.

Paid around two hundred pounds for a graphic pad I.Never received it. Having read reviews of this company I have discovered that they steal money off people all the time

Ordered a month and a half ago and still don't have my order. Have emailed and called and haven't got anywhere. Customer services is shocking, no one answers the phone.

They have £100. Complete scammers! Taking this further if I don't hear back in 48hrs.

Very well packaged - took me longer to unrap it then it did to set up. Good customer service through email and online chat. Very happy with my purchase - would use again...

Mac was delivered in good condition and in good price but was delivered 4 days late then anticipated time.

Excellent experience from the start to finish. Cheapest price I found all over for my iPhone 14 Pro Max even cheaper from high street used phone shops.

I won't lie, I ordered via clearpay, a Macbook Pro 2020 for £690 which is a great price. Then I saw the reviews and I was extremely nervous. I ordered 4 Business Days ago and it arrived today and I am genuinely over the moon. I wasn't able to get through on the phone which added to my panic, but I was able to reach them on Chat, where the tracking details were shared with me. The Macbook is in excellent condition and I am very happy to report all was great with my order.

the employee conversation with me telling to cancel the order after 45 days refund will take 30days its a very painful process .will advice don't spoil your money and time with these company

Was promised a refund, I have been chasing this for 2 months but no refund given. Some responses to emails but the money promised never arrives.

As previous reviewers have said this is a scam. Do not buy from this company. I ordered ipods for my special needs children who love listening to music. Nothing has been dispatched and when I emailed to request the order be cancelled and for a refund it there is no response. The phone number doesn't work either. I am a single parent on a low income and it makes me so angry these people steal from those who have the least. I don't know how they sleep at night. I have reported them to Trading Standards and hope karma gets them eventually.

SCAM STAY AWAY!!!!! Ordered a macbook 2 months+ ago and still battling to get a refund. They emailed updated repeating the same thing every week it will be posted Thursday for 24hr tracked delivery. Then said they upgraded the macbook to more memory for me as compensation due to the wait. Opened a dispute with CLEAR PAY and they sent a tracking number Royal Mail to close it. HAHA they sent it to make it seem like they done something SCAMMERS… weeks later Royal Mail are still waiting for the item from them. Absolute joke! Found this company on CLEAR PAY! CLEAR PAY CLEARLY DO NOT DO DUE DILIGENCE ON THEIR SUPPLIERS!

Bought MacBook Air 2020 price was bargain and the quality was good as new, was delivered on time as anticipated.
