I Joined yesterday won 500 GOT 499 was ment to be free withdrawals took 99p for transaction.
Decided to try with my winnings today very buggy site buggy slots nothing hitting very odd feel about the site felt very fixed. i decided to write to them via chat asking if I can talk about closing my account as they were ment to have good customer service waited 2.5 hours thought maybe I should give it 1 more try maybe it was a 1 off after putting basically what I'd won the day before back in all of a sudden mid spin was cut off from the account I had 40 odd pound in there in my balance she didn't confirm anything just instant locked out then asked what the problem was i asked for my balance to be put back into my account was told no i need to send my bank statements ect, these sites are using these document requests to scam people . Was told she had to close it for safety which was aload of rubbish there fabricating the reasons of safety to not pay out or get rid of big winners. I had requested the close of the account due to poor site performance and waiting to long for customer service. Then finally after putting her straight on the issue I think she realised she'd messed up told me to wait 1 minute while she views what options are available boom disappeared with my money no way of contacting with all my money . ABSOLOUTE SCAMMERS I WILL BE FOLLOWING THIS THROUGH. YOU WONT KEEP GETTING AWAY WITH THIS. I have the screenshot of the chat also.

After writing this I would like to add after being snakey scammers decided to send me an email saying they take safety seriously they advise to self exclude for 6 months to 5 years across all my accounts in their network. Please report any issues with the gc let's stop these scammers ripping people of with false statements

Avoid you’ll never be able to withdraw your money!!

This company is a complete scam and please don’t believe any of the positive reviews written as I’m sure they are done by the company and not genuine customers!

I was e-mailed with a bet £10 get a free £10 bet offer. I decided to take up the offer and placed a bet. I did not receive the free bet so I contacted the company on live chat. I was told I wasn’t entitled to a free bet and had not been e-mailed by the company to offer me a free bet. So I sent a screenshot of the e-mail and then I was awarded the free bet.

I placed the bet and once it settled I wanted to withdraw my money. I actioned the cash out on the 25th and was told it could take up to 48hrs!!! I received an e-mail on the 27th saying I need to upload documents in order for the money to be sent to my account. I sent driving license, passport, bank statements showing IBAN as requested and the transaction amount leaving my account to go to magic red. I asked if the process could be speeded up and the next thing I knew my account access was restricted as they conveniently decided I have a gambling problem!! 😂 which I would like to point out I don’t!! Still no money buy more e-mails to say I need to send documentations and now I can’t get into my account I can’t speak to them on line chat and it’s over 48 hours and I’m no closer to getting my money.!! An absolute joke and scam!!

PLEAEE PLEAEE AVOID THIS COMPANY THEY ARE A SCAM!!

UPDATE - ONE WEEK ON AND STILL
NO CLOSER TO GETTING MY
MONEY!! I HAVE A NEW BANK STATEMENT TO UPLOAD THAT APPARENTLY THEY NEED TO BE ABLE TO TRANSFER MY MONEY BUT I HAVE NO WAY OF SENDING THE DOCUMENT AS MY ACCOUNT IS RESTRICTED AND ALL E-MAILS BOUNCE BACK!

Not given withdrawal- been waiting over a week

Waiting nearly 1 week for my withdrawal. Not even a high amount. Contacted customer services over 5 times through emails, each time there is an excuse, “we have high volume of withdrawals” or “ your case has been escalated”. Well I must say if it’s been escalated where are the funds? Their policy states they are fair and they process funds within 48 hours.

All these bad reviews are people who have opted for the bonus and not checked the terms... I didn't take the bonus, had a few wins and made a withdrawal request.. money was paid in literally an hour or less... bad reviews are not warranted

Never ever go with this site they have took thousands of me and came to having a win of £2300 and still waiting 3 weeks after providing 29 piece of evidence and Customers services very unhelpful, contacting commission tomorrow and trading standards ( worked there so know the rules and there unacceptable behaviour) this site shouldnt be aloud to trade and keep on going treating people the way they do, they happy to take a lot of my money over the last year had no issue withdrawing until I won a higher amount on the 20th on the 23rd they issued a small withdrawal but left the higher one pending from three days before, been sending documents through email as couldn’t load any more evidence to my account but also emails kept getting sent back bounce back to me as server don’t exist after chat gave me this email address to forward documentation, really affecting my mental illness and wellbeing also informed them they have no sense of urgency or care to there players, played sites for 20 years with same id documentation always been verified and paid out this site is trying everything to keep my £2400 they owe me in total.

Well, I read all the reviews and i started to worry about my withdrawal being paid so i contacted a site called IBAS and i was paid with in a week AND during the Christmas holidays , Also Their is a option on Magicred live chat with a agent and with my experience every agent was polite and always got back to me

p.s i was paid 11,755 and every penny no withdrawal fees

Scammers. Don't sign up.

Truly abhorrent gambling site. Signed up via sign-up promo code from third party advertiser, won over £500 and they've locked my account and won't acknowledge any emails. When you email them at 'support @ magicred.com' which is the only contact point they have they bounce the email back to you as sender not recognised.

They have a live chat you can only access through having an account which is a red flag in itself, there's no way of contacting them and it's crazy they're allowed to continue business.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE. They are scammers.

Having won, the system didn’t pay out correctly then the cheek of the business have altered the cards to ensure that they don’t have to pay out now, but shame for them I have an attachment and I’m taking this now to the commission

Awful Casino the bonus spins are a con!

MagicRed gave me 100 free bonus spins for Fire Joker that could not be used due to game not being compatible for my device.

I contacted MagicRed on live chat and their adviser notified me my 100 bonus spins had expired and could not be renewed.

I registered with them then they ask me kyc question and one of them was about self exclusion and i set that level at 1 month thia is the first time that i was going to use and after this i get an email saying i cant use this bookmaker for a month as i have self barred my self i could not believe it i have not used this bookmaket yet the self barring was to be used if i got into too much debt not before i was unable to put a bet what a shower of clowns working there thanks trustpilot i dodged a bullet so i wont be using this micky mouse bookmaker

Do not touch these people again can't get any response trying to chat with them online, was promised a bonus when I made my first deposit but no bonus, misleading con artists and I'm waiting on my winnings so we will see what happens but someone needs to contact the gambling commission on these people totally misleading and blatant liars. Oh and bout that customer service email to get back to them like they just replied to me I done that and it does not work I got a email back saying can't be delivered.

DO NOT USE THIS SITE

You can’t contact anyone other than on chat, where there is rarely a response whilst you’re on line. You get timed out and they respond and end the chat before you log in again.

Don’t talk about withdrawals!! You get an email stating UP TO 48 hours, but are usually waiting for withdrawals way in excess of this timeframe.
