Do not trust this company

I would have no stars if could have. Do not trust this company, they take a fee on every deposit you make and then when it comes to paying out .you give them all your identification and they still do not pay you out avoid them scam best thing is it’s only £300 pounds withdrawal God knows what would happen if they had to pay out more

The worst website I have had…

The worst website I have had experiences with. I made a deposit and they didn't even allow me to place a bet. I then tried to withdrawal that money and they required a list of documents, three weeks later and I am still waiting for that deposit. Very frustrating experience dealing with them, the website and their customer care.

So I gamble. I'm not an addict and anyone will tell you I'm good at it.
But this site goes against EVERTHING ! Little to no chance of getting a bonus when you do it pays out next to nothing. It's right up there with the LCI sites. Save your money and buy a scratch card. You have more chance of winning than you do on this sad excuse for a site.

Im writing this on behalf of my mentally ill partner. He has without my knowledge deposited over £5000 in the last 30 days on this site. They only decided to step in when he gone over the £5000 . Now this all our savings. Having looked over his account with them this seems to have been happening for months. Our rent or bill haven't been paid or anything. We are now n danger of loosing our home. He had a chat with someone on there live chat this morning and they were all very understanding but have refused to even just refund the last 30 days or even just half of the £5000. Now we have contacted all relevent places to help us reclaim and maybe considering contacting the bank for refund . Also looking through his account he has spent well over £20000 in the last few months. We have 3 children and are going to homeless

I've now made a complaint with resolver and have started a claim under THE GAMBLING ACT 2005
After getting more advice i have become aware that a block was put on our address registering for any gambling sites when he was diagnosed with his mental illness and having a gambling addiction a few years ago so when verification was taking place this should of flagged up if done properly so messed up there.

Not a happy customer, joined a couple of days ago went to withdraw which it let me but when I went to log back in I was denied my login - I tried to contact them by stating forgot login and clicked contact us and haven’t received an email yet! Very bad experience and not happy!!!!!

This has got to be the worst site for…

This has got to be the worst site for I've ever been on for win rate I've made endless deposits and never had the chance to make 1 withdrawal, you just never win, every game starts playing up or lag leading it to crash an restart. Be positive and report them, try to claim money for your stress and thier violation

One week I can’t get my withdrawal to Skrill which they stated instantly or up to 24 ahour

Complete scamming company, they have taken all my deposits and as soon as I have a win they asked for my i.d what I provided. But now emails won't send to them, they say they haven't received my I.D and since then they have closed my account and banned me! 20k gone!
I will be taking legal action to claim all deposited monies + compensation for having to deal with this for over 12weeks! I will be updating my comments with any outcomes I have.

Dead Scam Website

I play on the Ontario version of the casino.

I didn’t sign up for no bonus ( because I am well aware of the “play through scam” that all these sites have ) and yet, they still added a bonus.

I’ve been trying to reach out to them with their Live Chat, but nobody answers.
It is 4pm on a week day, so there are no excuses for not being able to answer.

They also say that the chat usually replies within 2m, which is a big fat lie.

Now I am stuck here.

Overall terrible experience, do not join!
