Majesticdesigns Avis

Not one to leave bad reviews but...
Wanted to use a local company not some random off the internet. Very nice gentleman turned up to measure up and give us some options. finally came to a design we liked and placed the order and paid. The windows arrived and had them fitted without an issue. The door was delayed 3 months and when it arrived it was too big for the opening in the build. Tried repeatedly for months to get hold of the factory and get it sorted but no response. Eventually i delivered it back to cheddar and spoke to the salesman. It was promised within a couple of weeks. 18 months later and multiple emails and phone calls, i had a message to say it would be delivered and fitted the following week. I got home to find it dumped on the gravel in its box. Never been able to get hold of the salesman or factory again. Ended up fitting it myself as winter was coming.
Every window supplied by Majestic have either lost window bars during the summer or the hinges and screws have rusted staining the frames.
Overall massively disappointed and i would avoid them at all costs.
Had another 6 windows replaced by another company who answered the phone, got back with a price within 2 weeks. supplied and fitted the windows about 4 weeks later. Better experience, better product and cheaper.

I recently purchased a conservatory and a sliding door from Majestic Designs Ltd.
The surveyor and the two teams that worked on the installations (separately), were professional, friendly and communicative.
They obviously all take a pride in their work and will go the extra mile to achieve the best finish possible.
I could not be happier with the outcome.

Turned up on time and introduced themselves worked really well together taking out old doors and fitting new doors and window. When they finished they cleaned up after them. It was a first class job done by Mike and Lewis. The doors and window look first class job well done by Majestic

Andy and Morgan spent three days fitting windows, French doors and new front &back doors for us this week. The weather was awful for them but they were fantastic.

Their quality of work is excellent, their customer service is excellent, they made sure everywhere was spotless at the end of each day and were genuinely two lovely people.

We would highly recommend Majestic and specifically Andy and Morgan anytime. Thank you so much.

Great company. We love our windows and doors. We had a small problem with the door years after installation and rang the office. An engineer came straight out and adjusted the door. It took minutes and the guy was super polite and efficient.

Amazing service, amazing knowledge, great product range and great advice.
Also very competitive straight forward pricing.
Thank you Phil for helping to make my bathroom so perfect.

Amazing fitters, Andy and Morgan were the best .. nothing was too much trouble, everything clean, tidy, they were happy, and professional, and Andy even sings!!! The windows and sills look amazing, great quality. Thoroughly recommend this company.

Majestic Designs recently installed two new bifold patio doors for us. We are very pleased with the doors and with the whole service from Majestic. Everything was done neatly, quickly and efficiently. Gareth and Owen were excellent fitters. All the staff we have had contact with have been polite, helpful and supportive. We’ve used Majestic before and would definitely use them again.

We had Majestic Designs replace 5 windows & 2 doors over 2 days in September. Very pleased with the result they look amazing particularly the red composite front door.
Morgan & Andy were very efficient & cleaned up as they went.
I would recommend Majestic for all your windows & doors in Somerset.

We have nothing but praise for the service delivered by Majestic. From order through to job completion the process was excellent. Our fitters, father and son team Nathan and Owen worked tirelessly through the recent heatwave and apart from our sparkling new windows you wouldn't have known they had been here, they were so tidy. We have no hesitation in recommending the company wholeheartedly.

We were very impressed with our factory visit. It was so important that we chose a local Company who manufacture the windows from a quality profile. The result is a superb quality product. The pre-installation process was extremely well managed and our installers, Stu & his son Josh were absolutely 1st Class. The installation was done professionally and with great care and not rushed. Brand new dust sheets protected our furniture and they cleaned up after each day. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend and fully endorse Majestic Windows.

I had several windows and a composite door and side panel fitted. The entire process from sales to fitting was excellent. Dave Ball was polite and respectful and recently visited to check the finished job was to my satisfaction. Andy and Morgan, the fitters, were absolutely great. Professional workmanship and a good team.
Thank you.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Absolutely delighted with my windows and beautiful new stable front door!

I honestly couldn’t be happier with the service I’ve received from Majestic Designs from start to finish.

From my very first meeting David on my door step then Archie, the salesman who came to my home to provide a quote, I felt completely at ease. Archie was the best …polite, respectful and professional, with no pressure at all, and made the whole process feel straightforward and comfortable if only all sales men could take a leaf out his book.

A special mention also has to go to Aron in the office, who went above and beyond to help me find the perfect door handle to complement my stable door. It was such a thoughtful touch, and I really appreciated the time and effort he put into finding something that was just right.

But most importantly, I have to say a huge thank you to the amazing fitters, Andy and Morgan oh my what a team straight to the job! They have been absolutely fantastic. You can tell they genuinely love what they do, and that really shows in the pride, care and professionalism they put into their work. They have been respectful, friendly and incredibly tidy, and I have felt completely comfortable having them in my home.

As I’m writing this review, Andy and Morgan are actually here completing the final installation of my door. And I’m jumping the gun a bit and writing it now because I have every faith that I’m going to be absolutely over the moon with the finished job!

From Archie, Aron, Andy and Morgan, right through to the quality of the finished products, I genuinely feel I’ve received excellent service.

Thank you, Majestic Designs — I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone looking for new windows and doors. ❤️

Majestic recently doing work in our area and called in to see if we would be intrested in a quote. A visit by Brody followed all very straight forward, not pushy or any hard sell just straight forward facts and delivered an excellent deal for six windows. Even after announcing he was a "Gooner" in a Manchester City household!!!
After a vist to measure up, the team arrived Stuart and Josh to fit the six windows over two days. What a great team, even over two very hot days, got down to business and worked through to complete the fitting. No fuss no bother and more importantly no mess. I cannot praise Stuart and Josh enough for their hard work and professionalism. It was a leasure to have them around and they simply could not have done a better job. From start to finish, really pleasant down to earth team across the board and a great job a very good price, highly recommended.

Just had our existing porch door & windows replaced. Probably not the cheapest but great quality and looks amazing. Company was punctual, polite, friendly, left everything tidy & very accommodating to what you want. Would definitely recommend as well as use again, very happy plus it all comes with a 10 year warranty

The whole experience was very efficient, from initial quote to final fitting, and the team who fitted the windows and doors (Mike and Lewis) were always helpful. Highly recommended.

Great installation thanks to Andy and Morgan .Very professional and tidy !!!
Windows excellent !!!
Would recommend to everyone !!

We had an amazing team, Mike and Lewis (sometimes more) replace our windows last month. They have done such a beautiful job, cleaned up after themselves, repaired any cracked plaster around the windows, the lot! They were both knowledgeable, courteous and worked really hard the whole week. Would definitely recommend!

The service from start to finish was excellent. Everything clearly explained. The fitters Morgan and (karioki) Andy were efficient and friendly and made sure that I was completly happy with the work done

Majestic fitted a new front and back door in my new house two weeks ago and I'm genuinely made up with the result. I've used them before at a previous house and was so happy with them, it was a no brainer that I would use them again.

It was Mike and Lewis who came on this occasion and they were fantastic. They were tidy, professional and friendly and I can't fault them, or the impeccable quality of their work.

What I love about Majestic is the excellent service you get from everyone throughout the whole process, from first contact to arrange a quote, to the completed work. Once I'm ready to have my windows replaced, I'll definitely be contacting Majestic again to do this!
