Great service all round
Great service all round. Placed order, received e-mail from the MD saying item out of stock and apologising and offering immediate refund. I stayed with the order and the item turned up a week earlier than the revised delivery date. Would definitely recommend this company to do business with.

Smooth experience
Item "In Stock". The ordering process was smooth and the order went in "Processing" as expected. After a number of days in that state I rang up and asked for an update: I was informed that the item was ready to be shipped and got delivered quite quickly.
Packaging was also good.
