I used an online estate agent to sell my leasehold apartment, and their sales progression was virtually non-existent. Becky stepped in without hesitation, chased the whole chain, kept everyone updated and dealt with problems quickly whenever they arose.

Moving house is stressful enough, but selling a leasehold property made the process even more complicated. Becky was warm, reassuring and completely on top of everything. She regularly did work that should really have been handled by my own estate agent, simply because she wanted to keep the move progressing.
