Marianne was lovely and funny, very happy with the ring I’ve got for my to be fiancé, amazing pricing and a very happy customer.

We originally had a young lady who was really nice and then an older woman (maryanne) interrupted and took over. We felt very sorry for the original girl because it was embarrassing to watch.

Maryanne was rather loud and obnoxious. She also said she doesn’t provide certification or insurance for the lab grown Sapphire we bought which I’ve now inquired about and found that we should’ve got one. Whilst Maryanne knows her stuff (which she informed us she did!) we were concerned no documentation was offered or provided when asked. It actually states on their website they offer certification, so we are confused.

I’ll be honest and say that it’s a nice shop and there are nice people in there, but this woman was not a nice experience. She was probably the shop owner which is why she came with an attitude.

We wished we’d had the original young lady that started to serve us because she was much more of a gentle sales person.

I’ve been a senior sales professional for 30 years and the key is to listen to your customers, not talk over them, discount their opinions or be pushy.

I returned to the shop for a couple of ring repairs. My band needed a polish, and my wife’s engagement ring and wedding ring both had some damage from a knock. We spoke to Marianne, she was super attentive and talked me through the whole process. And put my mind at ease. Considering I hadn’t been to the store since the purchase 10 years prior, I was treated incredibly well and the repair work was excellent. It was also turned around quickly. I’d highly recommend the store, and Marianne personally. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy more items from there.

Marianne was fantastic throughout the process, she helped calm me down and helped me find the perfect engagement ring! She was absolutely brilliant! Will definitely be coming back in the future!

Exceptional! Looked after by Sara. Popped in to look at switching out my White gold chain for a new, Sara advised me I’d be crazy to waste my money when it just needed Rhodium plating. She recommended I pop to A&A who sorted me out for £70 and saved me around £500! We then when back to look at eternity rings for my 20th wedding anniversary, Sara was AMAZING. She knew exactly the type of ring that would work well with my wedding and engagement ring, it was like it was made to be on my finger! We didn’t intend to buy on the day but the price and service was so good we made a lovely purchase of a Platinum twist eternity. Sara arranged for it to be resized and I collected 1 hour later. Thank you for making this such a lovely experience and for my lovely new ring 💍!
