Stunning ring, great help and advice every time I phoned. They were very accommodating when the ring needed resizing as it was a surprise engagement ring. Everybody has commented on how sparkly and beautiful the ring is!

We only came to buy an engagement ring 9 years ago, but have returned for the wedding band, eternity ring, stud earrings for me and my daughter, and an emerald and diamond dress ring!
The service is excellent and the jewellery is absolutely beautiful and high quality. When I damaged my eternity ring, it was repaired and returned very promptly. Purely Diamonds was a great discovery for us and we love that it’s a British family business.

I bought online so never dealt with anyone at purchase but it was easy and emails kept me updated on progress. When i needed some info on resizing they replied quickly and when it was sent it was returned just a week later.

I am so pleased with my lovely necklace, I wear it nearly every day. It’s so delicate and yet effective. Diamonds can really be a girl’s best friend:)

I (after a huge amount of studying) ordered a ring from Purely Diamonds 💍! I had to decide if online buying was the right direction to take but I was comforted when finding the business had a Manchester store. As it turned out I didn’t visit the store, as unfortunately they can’t stock everything, so once reassured that if I was disappointed, I could return the item, I ordered. The delivery was speedy, I did in fact delay it, and once the item arrived, I thought it was stunning; exceeding my expectations. Don’t hesitate to find something beautiful for yourself from their offerings and I hope you enjoy whatever you buy as much as I’m doing.

I purchased my wife a diamond necklace for her birthday and the service provided was absolutely top drawer.

I was given excellent advice by the salesperson I dealt with, who provided honest opinions and could easily have upsold the diamond. In a way I was expecting to have the appointment and walk away with the necklace, but every item is handmade for you so I had to wait around two weeks which was fine.

The presentation of the necklace on collection was first class, it was a shame that I had to then pack the bag/box in to another bag to not draw attention to it. A written estimate for insurance purposes was also provided which is always handy if the worst happens.

To say that my wife was happy with her birthday present is an understatement, the diamond clarity and cut is unbelievable.

I cannot recommend Purely Diamonds highly enough, I hope to be able to make further purchases in the future.
