SIZING PROBLEM WITH THIS BRAND AND TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE

This people does not know the sizes AT ALL making buying online shopping a bad experience.
Their Spanish size as they call it of a 34 correspond to a 38 Italian???? this is all wrong and confusing .. AN SPAINISH 32 SIZE IS ACTUALLY FOR A 45 KG TEENAGER so you buy size 32 Marni size and you get an spanish 36 or bigger

Bad quality and disappointing client support

I am very disappointed from quality of the products and terrible customer care. I bought 2 pair od shoes. One in Switzerland part of leather went off after one month wearing and other one my holidays in shop that was selling Marni brand. After 2 wearing colour was gone on part of sandals and light blue sandals became black on some parts. After number of emails, I was told if I bought shoes online from Marni maybe they could help me. I said this is unacceptable and Marni has high prices and names itself as luxurious brand but quality and customer support is below any acceptable level. Two months later I got an answer from someone called Zoe advising me to clean sandals with microfiber cloth (while the color was gone) and no answer about other pair of shoes where leather was off. I would not recommend buying from them except if is for one use.

BRUTTA ESPERIENZA

Do una stella perchè non è possibile darne zero! Sconsiglio Marni sia per la qualità dei prodotti che per la il servizio post-vendita.
Questa la mia (pessima) esperienza con l'azienda Marni. Nel giugno 2023 acquisto un paio di Fussbett in boutique. Nel giugno 2025 ho contattato lo stesso punto vendita per segnalare che la suola si era staccata e chiedere una riparazione. Da quel momento ho fatto diversi solleciti, senza mai ricevere aggiornamenti chiari, fino a quando, dopo circa quattro mesi di attesa, mi è stato comunicato che le scarpe non erano riparabili.
Quattro mesi per ricevere una risposta negativa è un tempo semplicemente assurdo. È difficile credere che un brand come Marni non sia in grado di sostituire una suola: un elemento che può essere sostituito senza particolari difficoltà. Tanto più che avrei accettato volentieri di pagare la riparazione, se solo mi fosse stato offerto un preventivo.
L’esperienza complessiva è stata frustrante e deludente: non tanto per il problema alla scarpa, ma per la totale mancanza di cura nel modo in cui è stato gestito.
Ho inviato una mail al customer per segnalare la cattiva gestione, ma la risposta che ho ricevuto è stata di sole scuse e nessuna soluzione.

Hanno perso una cliente e grande fan del marchio, ma è evidente che non sono interessati.

The worst service I have ever had

The worst service I have ever had. I bought a (very expensive) pair of Marni sandals. They broke after I have been wearing them approximately 6 months in total. I have had them for 1,5 year. I finally get the opportunity to send them to Marni (after several mails), and now they send the broken sandals back to me without fixing them. So much money spend on such a bad quality. I cannot recommend…

2000 Euro Tasche im Eimer

Eine über 2000 Euro teure Marni Tasche ist mir am Riemen kaputt gegangen. Weil sie mehr als 2 Jahre alt ist, erhalte ich null Unterstützung vom Kundenservice, um sie professionell und der charakteristischen Optik von Leder und Hardware entsprechend (auf meine Kosten!!) reparieren zu lassen. Die Tasche kann ich damit entsorgen, eine Schande, dass manche Labels offenbar weder auf langfristige Kundenbindung noch auf nachhaltige Qualität und Nutzung ihrer Produkte aus sind. Ich lasse mein Geld künftig definitiv woanders! Eine absolute Frechheit.

MARNI IS HORRIBLE

MARNI IS HORRIBLE, I MADE A RETURN TWO MONTHS AGO USING KLARNA, THEY KEPT SAYING THEY SENT THE RETURN TO ME BUT THAT WAS AN ERROR ON THEIR END BECAUSE WHY WOULD YOU SEND THE REFUND TO ME AND I MADE THE PAYMENT THROUGH KLARNA. IT HAS BEEN TWO MONTHS BACK AND FORTH AND I AM STILL BEING CHARGE FOR A ORDER I HAVE RETURNED AND DO NOT HAVE IN MY POSSESSION. FROM THE TIME I PLACE THE ORDER BACK IN AUGUST IT WAS AN ISSUE. THEY GUARANTEED A DELEIVERY DATE THE ORDER DIDNT COME UNTIL TWO WEEKS LATER. NOW THE RETURN TO GET MY REFUND OF $111.00 IS A FIGHT. MARNI COMPANY IS A FRAUD!!! CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HORRIBLE, YOU CANT SPEAK TO A MANAGER HORRIBLE.

Most uncomfortable shoes ever

I bought the Taissa Black Courts, and they are insanely uncomfortable. All the models I tried seemed uncomfortable without even standing up with them in my foot. The Taissa Black Courts seemed more comfortable, but it took me 2 minutes of walking to have open hounds in my feet.

The prices are way too far from the quality of those shoes.

Sono una cliente Marni e un mese fa ho…

Sono una cliente Marni e un mese fa ho acquistato sul loro sito due borse della linea market. Una per me è una per mia figlia come regalo di compleanno. Quella di mia figlia è arrivata di una colorazione errata. Fatto reclamo. Fatto il reso e ho dovuto aspettare 10 giorni per avere la sostituzione. La sostituzione è arrivata per la seconda volta errata! Colore sbagliato per la seconda volta!!! Mi chiedo chi abbiano come dipendenti che fanno spedizioni sbagliate. In tutto questo ho dovuto fare il secondo reso e no mi hanno fatto la sostituzione del colore da me ordinato! Ho avuto un danno ma non ho avuto ne le loro scuse,ne un buono sconto per cercare di alleggerire il disagio. Hanno perso due clienti!!…e sicuramente farò loro una pessima pubblicità!

Long repair time

I received a faulty bag from Marni, (the zipper was extremely tight, even after several uses). The bag was sent back to be repaired 3 months ago, and there is still no information regarding when my bag will be returned.

Alt for langsom support

Alt for langsom behandling af returnering af sko, som efter anden gang af brug begyndte at knirke. Skulle sende billeder af alle sider af skoene samt video og det to over to måneder at få sine penge tilbage. Vil ikke anbefale online shopping.

My package took almost two weeks to come , i called customer service she was very rude and said my order was coming from over seas however on ups it says it was coming from the ware house in jersey if your order online beaware that your order will take forever with no shipping information!

Very poor customer service and…

Very poor customer service and unsatisfactory quality. Filed a quality complaint after my bag’s hardware started falling off upon a few uses and was refused any assistance or advice without the original receipt (the bag was a gift), although I had all labels, product numbers etc.

Low quality

bought a Marni trunk bag a year ago. It is awful quality, the leather has started "bubbling", coming loose from the surface underneath. The strap has started pilling. I have not used the bag much, as it has not been for daily use, but more for special occasions or going out.

I complained about it and Marnis answer is that the bag has gotten wet, which is why the leather has come loose!! The bag has not been in heavy rain and I have not treated it any differently than a number of other expensive designer bags that I have. None of my other bags are ruined after being in the rain, some even after years of use. I even have one pink suede designer bag which has accidentally been caught in the rain and nothing happened to it! I would expect a bag from a high end luxury brand like Marni, with that price tag, to be a lot better quality than what this bag is.

After their treatment of the complaint and refusal to acknowledge the quality issue with this bag, I will also not be purchasing anything from this brand again. If your bags cannot handle daily use, including being caught in the occasional slight rainy weather, then you should state this so the customer is aware upon purchasing.

I have sent an email to their customer service over 10 days ago and have not received a reply.
