Martin & Co Bath Avis

The agent was punctual, professional and polite and answered all the questions I had. She gave useful advice as how to proceed further. Highly recommended! Thank you!

Excellent guidance from Meredith and really showed the property off, was lovely and would happily make it my home, amazing effort from you guys.

I met Meredith at the property on time, she was friendly, welcoming and efficient and very understanding that I had my two children with me. Meredith was extremely knowledgeable of the property and answered all of my questions accordingly.

My partner and I viewed a property with Meridith on a Saturday morning, she was polite and very welcoming. No question was a problem, she answered everything to her full ability and gave us plenty of time to view the property thoroughly. She kindly said she would keep us update with further information on the property, hopefully we get to work more closely with Meredith in the near future.

Meredith was so professional and helpful when showing me around a property this past weekend.
I appreciated her keeping in contact with me before and after the viewing and ensuring I had enough time to get to my second viewing that day.
She had a bright and cheery attitude which is so nice to work along side when trying to choose your future home!

Had a helpful, friendly, and professional experience with Meridith who showed us around a property in Bath after a prompt email exchange. She answered all our questions and was a pleasure to chat with.

Pandemic restrictions were well considered and implemented, and a lot of respect shown to the property and its current tenants, which is always reassuring to see. All in all a 5 star experience - thank you!

Fantastic service from Martin & Co with the sale of our house. We were feeling despondent after having no interest for months with a previous agent. Brian understood our concerns and gave us lots of information and data based on local and market research so that we could make informed decisions on the approach we needed to make and the price to market at. Brian's photography and video skills are at professional level; he really showed our home to its best and we were thrilled with the swift and impressive marketing. Within a day Gaye had booked viewings and within two weeks we had offers. The viewings were all organised and managed with the upmost professionalism and Gaye also managed some tricky situations with calm and poise. Both Brian and Gaye have always been available to offer good advice to us when we had questions and decisions to make. We are pleased to now be proceeding with our sale conveyancing so soon, and the estate agent management of this process has continued to be well coordinated by Brian and Gaye. We can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you.

So helpful and lovely, Meredith allowed me to view the property safely with taking all the correct covid precautions. I felt at ease and she was able to answer the million questions I had! Thank you!

Very helpful and knowledgeable about the area and similar property. Also gave me useful information and guidance in relation to the viewing.

I would not hesitate to recommend this estate agent.

We met with Meredith on Saturday to show us an apartment in central Bath. Meredith listened to all of our requirements and questions and guided us around the property. I would visit and feel confident using Meredith at Martin & Co.

Meredith gave us a good tour of the property and was able to answer most of the questions we asked and when she didn't have the information she assured us she would find out and get back to us.

Gaye was a wonderful agent who was very helpful and friendly. She explained the property well and was excellent throughout.

My experience with Meridith was very calming as she gave off a very warm and positive welcome. During my viewing she was very professional and answered all questions leaving me with all the information needed.

This morning we viewed a 3 bedroom property on London Road, and we shown around the property by Meridith. She was friendly and welcoming and made us feel comfortable by enforcing covid-19 regulations during the viewing also. Highly professional viewing and we felt as though Meridith answered all of our questions with ease and provided us with sufficient information for the property. Fantastic experience overall, and we were grateful to have been able to arrange a viewing with such short notice, which Meridith was able to happily accommodate for us.

I was shown around a property on Saturday by Meridith. After previously communicating with Meridith through email prior to the viewing it was lovely that she reassured me the viewing process would be well organised. During the viewing, Meridith was extremely helpful and answered all of our questions. As this is our first time renting a student property this was extremely important and Meridith was very understanding of this. In terms of COVID, the preparations and expectations were set out very well!

Overall, it was very well organised, and was a great experience and made the viewing process smooth! Thank you!

Meredith was extremely helpful, arrived promptly at the property and was very willing to answer any questions my flatmate and I had.

It was a great experience, very kind and nice and was let known about all relevant information.

Meridith showed us around a rental & was very professional & helpful. She was very knowledgeable & answered all our questions.

Meridith was extremely personable and friendly during our house viewing. She was professional, knowledgeable and able to answer all of of my questions honestly.
