The meetings was great. The facilitator was very much knowledgeable of her mission. She made you wanting to buy the service. I enjoyed the meal!

Went to a presentation on Dec 1st as I received an invite, that I did not solicit, in the mail. I always keep an open mind so wanted to see what the product was all about. As a medical biller I found some of the information was not all factual. I indicated so Mr. Sarabia that I would take more time to research and as we were leaving he shook my hand and said I was not to come back for any other meetings. Found that very rude and unprofessional.

I attended a "free presentation " for Masa Access emergency services with Sasha and Darren. First off the food was amazing 5 stars to El Rodeo . This was my 1st ever presentation, as a disabled autistic person these services are critical. Sadly the notes and questions I asked intimidated Darren and created a hostile environment because he wasn't prepared for ACTUAL questions that were qualifying questions taken not only from the presentation but questions reflecting other people's experiences via reviews ,that Sasha tried to deflect by saying Masa has an A+ review on BBB. Well when you read reddit, or read the 1 and 2 star reviews they paint a VERY different experience. I also asked about how they compare to the much MUCH more affordable plans by Airmed Care at $159 per year, Enlo Flight care $40, $50 for a family, Lifeflight is $85 per year and many others. Darren had no answer other than this is just another plan, and we offer other countries, well so do some of these others! They tried doing the scary tactics to us old people, with the "unexpected medical bills" but in Jan 2022 the "No surprise act" was passed to cover us in case of emergency situations.
Sasha did the unthinkable as well. She made atrocious comments about " Schizophrenic people " not checking before making such gross comments, if anyone in the vicinity may have experience..instead 2 parents got to sit through her awful words 8 years after we lost our schizo-affective son to medical malpractice.
Read the 1 and 2 star reviews ,they will tell you everything you need to know about this company. Still not convinced? Go to Glassdoor and Indeed and read what the employees say about working for this company. Even the employees clocked the "scammed nature" of the company.
If the notes of an autistic disabled person intimidated the presenters when they were the ones that handed me the pen and the paper that said "notes" clearly they dont want the business of anyone who's educated, they prey on the weak and feeble. Protect your seniors 💙

High-pressure presentation at lunch was a bit much. Weasel wording in presentation made me want to review data. Web search highlighted the mistruths in the presentation and I didn't buy their insurance policy. It is an insurance policy they sell. Even if they deny it in their presentation. Don't be pressured. Most of the "good" reviews are from people who have NOT used the service. They like the aspect of it reducing worry about ambulance transportation. Who wouldn't? Focus on the people who had problems with the company after signing the contract.

The hostess was kind, and Lunch was great in lake Geneva, Wisconsin. The MASA representative answered any questions we enquired about.
The recent murder of the CEO @ United Healthcare has senior citizens seeking extra help with paying ambulances costs, and the cheating & lying Medicare advantage policies not paying the total bill. MASA picks up the bill showing special care.

The program presenter was very knowledgeable. We have all our doctors approximately 100 miles from our residence. We travel through numerous ambulance districts, therefore not knowing when or where an emergency might occur, I feel like this program fits our needs. All our questions and doubts were promptly addressed

I was very impressed with the presenter given the overview in Pensacola, Florida.
Decent Red Lobster lunch though waited a while for it. Good presentation. Brady (his last name) should have included a business card or contact info. Did not purchase a plan at the presentation as I wanted to research and shy away from pressure. Should have taken a photo of the application paper with prices as website doesn't list the cost of annual or 5 year plans and website inquiry results in being told to call in for that info. Also wouldn't tell me via email what additional charges I should expect if I sign up. I'm out for now but might attend another seminar some time and start over. I was interested.
Earlier this month, my parents & I were treated to a dinner seminar on the benefits of MASA. Hosted by Brian Slay, a sales manager in Texas, the seminar provided a concise overview of the primary benefits associated with being a member of the MASA family. In a nutshell, you'll never have to worry about any unexpected expenses dealing with emergency medical transportation again whether domestically or abroad. Brian did a fantastic job laying out the benefits without being pushy; his presentation laid out the benefits so well that both myself and my parents signed up as lifetime members on the spot. I appreciated that a payment plan is even available to help with the one-time cost of a lifetime membership. And as an added bonus for my parents, grandkids are even covered up to age 14. No one ever wants to have the need of medical transportation, but MASA gives us the peace of mind of not worrying about its cost if we must use it.
We were introduced to the company in a dinner presentation and it was an excellent presentation and a great presenter. As soon as we signed up and within a short time we received our membership package and ID card welcoming us to the MASA family.

The presentation that Mr. Angel Sarabia was the best I have ever experienced. He explained the product with the upmost experience and with a wonderful sense of humor.
