The meetings was great. The facilitator was very much knowledgeable of her mission. She made you wanting to buy the service. I enjoyed the meal!

This is a plan I never want to use. However, the cost is much more reasonable than not having it. Customer service has been fantastic
My husband and I were greeted by a young lady by the name of Karla Cain. She explained everything MASA had to offer in detail. We were shocked at the things we learned, because we just were not aware that our insurance would not cover ambulance rides. We found out that the costs could be astronomical. We are very glad that we were able to tap into this program. It truly gives us peace of mind in case we ever have an emergency. Thanks again!!
I had to call for an ambulance on 07/07 as I was diagnosed with compression fracture in my lower back and Wise County was there within minutes.
Seems legit. They give you a free 30 day trial. I am unsure if I'll stick with them.

Mr Sanchez is very professional and took the time to call me and listen to the issues I had with the customer service department, he made sure the error had been corrected. When my mother experienced a diabetic medical emergency, one of our biggest worries after making sure she received the care she needed was the cost of the ambulance ride.

Their support allowed us to focus on my mother’s recovery instead of stressing over expenses. The presentation by the MASA sales agent was thorough, convincing and confirmed what we already understood about our insurance coverage. The presentation pointed out additional details should a need ever arise that MASA would cover. The MASA policy gave us greater peace of mind moving forward, especially because of our age, our travel both domestically and internationally, and the unknowns while at home in our rural environment. We wish we would have known about MASA years ago, but now we can continue life with greater confidence and peace of mind.
The company explains everything very well but my comprehension isn’t the best. That’s why I’m thankful they let me attend as many meetings as I can so I can further understand what all my benefits are. I’m glad we bought the lifetime membership, now I just have to understand the ins and outs. 😁
The 2 people who hosted the program were excellent! Very informative. I feel/felt the pricing for the program inclusions was a fair amount - most particularly if any major incidents/accidents happened. If any did happen, I am confident the package offered is real & in my best interests.
The Agents were wonderful both on the phone and in person , they explained everything in detail . And someone especially my age needs this service if something happens at home. All the Agents were very friendly and respectful I really appreciate someone that is respectful and polite .
I got MASA. They were very professional and explained MASA very clearly. There was absolutely no sales pressure to buy, I am very pleased with my purchase and have no buyers remorse. I went to the seminar to just listen and had absolutely no intent to buy, but the product Ambulance service and what it provided was so interesting and intriguing that I really wanted to buy it after the clear in froamtion I received.
peace of mind when we travel around and out of the country, signed up the first seminar, and will continue to come and listen to more.
I am impressed with the transportation aspects of emergency care that MASA provides and the piece of mind I now have against these expenses. I look forward to understanding better what I need to do to be covered while hopefully not needing to be covered. :)
LaDawn Muenger's presentation was excellent, covering all the points of MASA. She answered all the questions the people had.
The presenter, Bill Ford, was what made the experience wonderful. He was very personable, fully engaged, and very knowledgeable about the product. My wife and I travel in our RV and take a cruise every year. I hope we never have to use the service, but knowing we have it gives us a peace of mind.
