I booked the escape rooms in Benidorm online with Louise, she was really helpful coming up with different quotes to suit our hen party, she replied within an hour so I found Maximise really efficient. The event (escape rooms) was a good price, you have to use your brain so don't go with a hangover.
Maximise sorted everything out for me, I just paid online, turned up and had fun!

I booked glamping for my friends hen do which we have just returned back from. We had a great weekend and our hosts were fantastic but I must be honest and say the facilities were rather poor for glamping. It was definitely more camping than glamping. If I hadn't have provided chairs and an extra tent with sides so we could sit down in the evening, we would have been rather cold sitting on grass! For the money we paid per person the facilities and camp site chosen should have been of a higher standard. Sadly this meant this was not value for money. Thankfully I had the equipment to bring with me but if this wasn't available to myself then I fear the weekend would have been a disaster

It was handled brilliant from the start to finish, looked after us if there was any problems, would recommend this company to anyone.

Really user friendly! Found all of it so easy! Loved being able to send payment details (amounts and due dates etc) directly to all of the people attending via email and text message makes it so much easier than trying to gather money from everybody yourself!

Bristol was great! The lip sync battle and VIP club entry was all fantastic really enjoyed it! I dealt with Zoey Whelan who was really friendly and supportive throughout! I would highly recommend using maximise! I tried another company before maximise and they were a nightmare!

I ordered some entertainment for a stag weekend I was organising and within half an hour of submitting my enquiry to the website I had a call from a very friendly agent. I wasn’t continually hassled as I was with other companies and the high level of accommodating service I received didn’t reflect the very reasonable prices compared to their competitors. Highly recommended

I can not recommend maximise enough, from start to finish they were amazing!!
I received a quote and with a £5 deposit all my places were secured and everyone in my party had their own log in to be able to make payments as and when they wished.
This was a huge weight off my shoulders as I had nothing to worry about and it was all paid for before we went. On arrival at the airport our transfer was waiting for us with a huge sign with my name on, in less than an hour we were at our hotel I was amazed at how easy and fast it was. Upon arrival at our hotel I was pleasantly surprised, I'll be honest my expectations for the hotel was low and I was blown away! A lady from the maximise team greated us with some welcome packs and drinks and she had such a fun personality the whole party couldn't believe how well it was all going.
Our rooms weren't available until 2 but our flight was an early morning one, the hotel gave us access to a luggage room which was secure we had one quick beer and our room was available, much earlier than the 2pm we thought so another added bonus for us all. We stayed at mont park and for a group of girls we couldn't have asked for anything more.
Everything we needed in our rooms including air con.
The pool area was amazing no issues going to the bar in your swimwear, drinks were allowed round the pool it was literally perfect. I can not thank Zoey enough at maximise. I had to do some amendments on my booking and I'd send her an email and within 15 minutes I would have a reply and she would have sorted it. My 30th birthday was one I will never forget and that was all thanks to maximise!! It was so good we are already booking to go back for next year. Although advertised as a stag & hen booking company anyone who has a holiday to book for a group party this is the way forward- all the hassle is taken care of for you.

I organised a stag do to Berlin with Maximise.
Booking process was easy enough and staff were helpful.

We had a major issue with one component of the booking. It's a long story for an online review so I'll just say due to confusion at my end and the company's we missed one tour. However, the rest of the trip was great.

I complained when home about the missed tour. Glen Wilkes the MD of Maximise was very fair, listened to my case and we got the situation resolved. He could have easily have fobbed me off but he didn't which I appreciated. I also felt that he fought my corner when the tour company argued against my version of events.

Things go wrong but it's how issues are handled that can really leave an impression. I would definitely book with Maximise again.

Fantastic weekend. 14 of us went to GDansk and we could not have had a better time. Communication was good from the very beginning and I was clear as to what each step was. The hotel location was great and suited us perfectly. We had a steak and strip dinner which was a laugh. I could ramble on, but the short of it is this, great company, great organisation, great location and a great time.

Went on my stag weekend in Sofia. Superbly organised between Maximise and my 2 best men. A quality place for a stag do – good bars, cheap drinks, strip clubs on every corner, casinos – plus the organised activities of a party bus, karaoke and shooting – it had it all. Not really a place I’d ever go back to for a romantic weekend away for 2, but for a stag do I couldn’t recommend it more. Maximise put on a great show for me and it will be a weekend I’ll (mostly) never forget.

We had a fantastic hen weekend in Leeds. Hotel and activities were excellent as were the team at Maximise even with our last minure requests.

Lots of contact to ensure we can give our bride to be the hen she deserves on the 29th July. Initially booked a boat cruise but the provider couldn't fulfil the booking so Maximise have stepped in to give us a night out as a replacement hen party. They discussed various alternatives and worked with me to get a really good hen planned that we are all very happy with. Big thank you to Glen and the team for going the extra mile to make sure we got back on track and a hen do sorted! I must also say they have dealt so well with my lack of constant contact. I am a very busy teacher so haven't also been available during the typical business hours but I've had emails throughout from Maximise checking in and confirming things. Thanks again to you all you from me and the other hens. I'm sure our lovely bride to be is going to love what you've planned.

We booked to go to Manchester for my sisters hen weekend in April and it was amazing!
From first booking it to checking out the hotel, everything was easy and well planned! Putting a package together was simple and there were so many activities to chose from. We got a quote for the package very quickly and Zoe was great help throughout. It was easy to pay and think it's a great idea to have the bride at a discount!
The first activity we did was cocktail making at revolution, this included a three course meal. We got there early and the staff were so welcoming and helpful. The cocktail making class was amazing and we had so many drinks! The two people who took the class were lovely and accommodated to any needs. The three course meal was delicious and served very quickly!
That night we had VIP access to Tiger Tiger, where we spent the whole night as it had many different themed rooms which everyone from the group enjoyed!
The single ladies dance class was by far the best activity all weekend!! The instructor was lovely and so helpful. We laughed from start to finish! It was an activity that everyone could get involved with and enjoy!
The three course meal at the Hard Rock Cafe was lovely. The restaurant itself was slightly disappointing compared to others that we have been to in America etc. But the good and drinks were still just as nice!
Finally, the hotel (Novotel) was fantastic! Very modern and rooms were a good size. Breakfast was delicious and the staff were very helpful. We booked a conference room to have a PJ party and it was perfect for what we wanted!
Overall we had a fantastic weekend thanks to Maximise and will definitely be booking with them again! Thank you!

Just wanted to leave a review as we were really pleased with our Maximise weekend in village hotel Leeds. Our hen had an amazing time! Couldn't fault the weekend. The thriller dance class experience was hysterical. Really appreciated the bottle of fizz at the end too for our hen! The hotel was brilliant, fabulous rooms and location (we planned to do the otley run and bar entry) and the spa day was the perfect hangover cure! Zoey who organised everything for us was brilliant (especially as we changed the package/numbers a few times) and she was always very accommodating to ensure we got what suited us! Even the Uber taxi code helped! Overall really pleased with service and he package really delivered what we wanted for our hen! She loved it. Will be recommending Maximise for sure and would definitely use again!

My friends and I had a great weekend in Newcastle, as organised by Maximise. Being the Best Man and having to organise a group of guys I didn't know was potentially a pretty daunting task, but Maximise made it all very simple, in terms of managing who was going and when money was to be paid. We had two nights in Newcastle. We stayed in a very decent hotel about 20mins walk from town. While we were there we had two cracking nights out, with the Maximise-organised Bier Keller night being on the second night. A top weekend and I would definitely use Maximise again if I were to book another weekend away

The service from Maximise was fantastic for my brothers stag trip to Prague, easy to set up and payment process was simple. We had an issue with the first accommodation booked and the team were more than happy to re-arrange the accommodation straight away. We met the contact at Prague airport who's name was Daria was very friendly, spoke very good English and always wanted to make sure the group was having a good time. The activities arranged were fantastic and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the activities that the Maximise team arranged, especially the go karting and all day boozing. This is the second time I have used Maximise for a stag trip and would definitely use this service again for future stag trips.

When first mooted that our stag party should consider the support and professional advice of an ‘event management’ company, I balked. Not having the independence to organise as I saw fit, paying a third party to do something I could – and had previously - done myself seemed alien to me. Moreover, it was my brother’s stag party and I felt it important to apply my unique personal touches, to lay on a celebration befitting the man.

However, on the recommendation of a good friend, I approached Maximise. At first, I interpreted the sales pitch as almost a little pushy, an attempt to ‘lock’ you in to buying from them. However, as the passage of time progressed, it became clear that not only were Zoey and her team at Maximise competent, professional and courteous in what they did, they were also flexible and offered a package which was extremely good value for money.

As the date neared and various parties withdrew/wished to join us, Maximise took everything in its stride and while I may have interpreted some of the requirements around ordering meals in advance, room arrangements et al, as a little rigid, in hindsight, I’d say it is an excellent system.

We were assigned an excellent hotel in the centre of Cardiff, (hat-tip the Clayton!) our meal, go-karting and night-club visits were all richly enjoyed and everybody departed with great memories of Cardiff on the Sunday, albeit slightly exhausted!

Well done Zoey and Maximise, I’d have no hesitation in using your services again or recommending you. Your efforts were very much appreciated and you honoured absolutely everything which was set out in a really practical package for our stag party.

Right from the off our Rep Zoey was very helpful, knowledgeable and obviously very good at her job. Anytime I had questions she was always very prompt to reply.

Our experience with Maximise has overall been fantastic, everything ran on time and was a hoot, Our favourite part was the nude life drawing as the girl who ran the course was good fun and made everyone feel at ease. The model was great as well and interacted with the group and didn't make anyone feel uneasy.

The online tools that are available to keep up to date with the organising of the hen weekend were very useful and the app even better especially when I had meetings with the fellow bridesmaids we were able to look things up and make changes there and then.

Thanks Maximise for an extremely well organised, fun hen weekend all the girls had a blast and were proud of how well everything was organised. I would highly recommend you to anyone arranging a hen/stag weekend lets hope the next time I'm the Bride :)

Take the stress out of organising your stag with maximise. They chase the money so your not constantly trying to herd cats.
