McQueen Hair & Beauty Avis 

I asked for a few loose curls in my 2 daughters hair for my wedding. Came back and they looked like they had birds nests stuck on their heads. Then had the cheek to make me pay over £150 for it. They didn’t even wash their hair. Never been back. Never would go back. I explained how shockingly disappointed I was. But they didn’t care and insisted I paid. Awful.

I was very pleased with my hair, although I thought it was very expensive.

I’d booked a conditioning treatment with a cut and blow dry. Lauren cared for my unruly hair with utmost care and the result was super soft, silky and tamed hair. She also gave valuable suggestion to care for my hair. I’ll go there again myself and would happily recommend it anyone who want a bit of TLC for their crowning glory.

Great b4 service, good haircut, shame I felt that I was a girlsworld doll head the way I was pulled about during wash and cut, when seeing how other customers were treated so nicely. I do think it was down to the last minute stylist I had. Sorry will not be revisiting.

I have never visited this place ever in my life still they insist that I leave a feedback. Well here it is. Take me off your list now.

Good ambience in the salon. Very caring and good cut

Really didn’t like the how the male receptionist spoke to me. I don’t appreciate being called babe and hun. Wasn’t welcoming and were so late

I bought groupon voucher - hair cut with conditioning treatment. On arrival greeting was fine, afterwards I didn’t feel like I’m valued customer but one of those with Groupon... It took me long time to grow my hair, and due to earlier keratin treatments they were not cut for well few months. Also using blond colouring didn’t help their condition. So I went with my hairdresser advice and cut about 7cm of them, had some layers done. At the end I was charged extra £16 for conditioning treatment, my hair after wash still look and feel damaged only shorter, layers and overall cut doesn’t look good. So unfortunately I paid twice for conditioning treatment, wanted cut to get rid of damaged ends and still have them. Won’t be going again.

Not at helpful with the booking process got a refund in the end.

Great service, lovely people - don't chat if you're not in the mood, but do if you are, cut my hair so well - would highly recommend.
