Love my new haircut with Elise, loads of compliments would recommend definitely

As always had a great Colour Cut and Blow dry with the lovely Lauren at McQueen Hair and Beauty last weekend.

My first trip since lockdown and I felt safe and well looked after.

I was very excited to come to your hairdresser as I had read good reviews, and after months of waiting to have it sorted, and was my first experience within the shop. Everything was great apart from the hair, sadly I spent 5 and half hours to feel like I hadn’t really had my hair done, balayage was badly blended and some yellow tinging to the front and £210 pound down. I am sad that I’ve had to leave you a review like this but having to have my hair redone back in my home town, Edinburgh.

Considering it was my first haircut here in the UK, i was a bit scared. But, Ashleigh took care of me. She gave me hair advices and when I showed her the hairstyle that I want, she got it right a way. Since it was a huge length of hair that needs to be cut, she always make sure I was comfortable with it before pushing through. I’m so happy I found McQueen Hair and Beauty.

Doing a good job in difficult circumstances

First time using McQueen and, if I’m ever visiting that way again, I’ll be sure to use their services.
I was met at the front door, temp. taken and hand sanitiser offered. All staff were wearing PPE and made me feel comfortable straight away.

Kirsty was lovely and very attentive. She took her time with my ‘low maintenance’ hair and made me, a tired, mother of three, feel fab. Definitely the 45 min out I needed to feel rejuvenated again 😊

Fantastic I couldn’t be happier. Took advise from Kirsty and went with it a bit of a shock at first after having lockdown hair! But absolutely thrilled I took her advise. This was my second visit first time was only a cut. So happy I’ve found a hairdresser that cuts my hair so well and also amazing at highlights Thank you Kirsty and well done. Also a very nice salon

My daughter came for her ears pierced which is a big event in a girls life. Fiona was fantastic, explained everything, took her time making sure my daughter was ready and I’m, a really lovely experience for both of us.

I was a new client looking forward to my first appointment after lockdown. My stylist did not take notice of my needs . Resulting in the manager taking over . I was in the salon for 5 hours which ended in tears and very stressful . after retuning to allow them to correct it is still not what I initially wanted . I have recieved no real customer service .

I was very impressed by the precautionary measures taken by McQueen Hair Salon to safeguard the customers.

I felt safe throughout my time there.

Customer care has always been central to the service.
