Meadens of Hythe Avis 

We bought a 2004 Motorhome from Meadens, Steve and Lee were both friendly and helpful. The quality of service with a Company is not really apparent until things go wrong. In our case we had a serious problem after a couple of months. Without any quibbles Meadens stepped up to the plate and had the work done to rectify the problem, we are now very happy with our Motorhome and would have no hesitation in buying our next vehicle from them.

Great service from the team ,they were very helpful and accommodating and went the extra mile to get little things sorted on the van before collection, would definitely be looking to buy from here again.Can be confident your not buying something with a problem that's being hidden.

I want to express my enormous gratitude to the team at Meadens in Brockenhurst (especially the lovely lady on customer services who owns a dachshund like myself) & the mechanics in the service dept who fixed my car last Thursday unexpectedly & on the spur of the moment. I’d driven too fast through the watersplash for my grandson (as my own father had done with me over 60 years ago!) & managed to dislodge a cover underneath the car. I literally didn’t know what to do & a very kind local man suggested I went to Meadens where they so kindly fixed it on the spot & didn’t even charge a penny. I am so so grateful. What they didn’t know was that I was widowed only two weeks earlier & feeling particularly helpless and vulnerable (but couldn’t show it in front of my young grandson) and their kindness and generosity was appreciated more than I can possibly express. Thank you.

We went to meadens looking for a 5 door hatch. Spoke to Steve, a very helpful guy. Found a lovely Audi A1 Sline, low milage immaculate body work. We paid our deposit and the car was serviced and a new MOT done in 3 days. They have booked the car in to have the wheels refurbished as there were a few chips in the wheels. They showed us how to use the sat nav radio etc. Overall the service was great no pressure sales. Lovely guys to deal with, would highly recommend them.

Recently purchased a second hand car from Lee with a year's mot.

After 3 days the car blew a hole in the exhaust, rendering the car undrivable. After emailing Lee, he phoned me to inform me he had arranged for the repair to be done locally to me asap, at full cost to Meadens.

Sorry the fault occurred, but totally reassured with the after sales service.

Very happy with the first class service i received from Meadens of Hythe . i found the car i wanted (JCW Mini) at a great price so i came down from Inverness to buy it . Really nice guys, helpful , informative and friendly . id have no hesitation in recommending them to anybody looking for a vehicle. Thanks guys , you made it super easy for me ! Needless to say the drive back to Scotland was fun!
