This is a just fruad. Students should avoid . Yes once they trapped then they will avoid you. I sent several emails several calls . I decided to step back. if they are ignoring me now what they will do later. They refused to return the fee by mentioning contract 2.2 question is that did you make 2nd application obviously no so you suppose to return . I kept says we donot want second option they kept ignoring. I knew their intention that they wanted to keep £450 . Any way they kept roughly 1300. I cancelled the contract and joined another agnecy. Please avoid it once you are trapped then can't do anything same like me will lose the money. I am not stupid , I was frustrated that level that decied to step back and wasted all money £1300

Still I am extremely angry how dare they did say do you want to cancel his application this university. I am not stupid . It was trick to control/abuse. Shame on them . I repeat my question did you make 2 nd application obviously no so why keeping money ? Please avoid it . I did not want to take risk so I wasted the 1300£ and joined another agency.
