I purchased a physicians and nursing contacts list from MedicoReash for a project we were running. To be honest, I wasn't sure what to expect, but the list turned out to be quite accurate. Our email campaigns saw a noticeable boost in engagement, and we were able to reach the right professionals without wasting budget. Nice work team.

The data may be ok, I don’t know yet. But dealing with the people is a nightmare. My enquiry for a list led to an endless barrage of spam with an inability to opt out. For this reason I can not recommend MedicoReach at all.

The contacts list of MedicoReach is incredibly solid. Their structured and segmented data helped in quick filtering and also their lists are easy to integrate into any email campaigns. It really worked best for us.

List was 87% bounce back and company would not replace the bad data. Beware of this company.

I required a simple email blast to a particular list of medical providers. I was given wrong info...continually shifted around to team "members" when a 12 year old could have handled my simple request. Deflected answers...Told sending email blast to small group pf names(500) best way to handle. sent out 1,000 with not even 1 response. Most of the people I spoke with in India and some phony names.

We were extremely disappointed with the emails that were sent. Emails were useless when I let Medico know about this they promised to fix the emails, but of course they never did. Overall the email list was a huge waste of money and they offered no refund and did not fulfill promises made.

Yes you may have sent it and confirmed the list was according to the criteria, but maybe I was a fool for assuming these were active emails that agreed to be contacted. When I mentioned to you that these people do not even know they have company emails you did not argue with me and you were actually very nice and seemed to understand the situation. You said you had a partner that could provide me with alternative addresses, but those never came, so I stand by my original review. You guys scammed me, and from reading the other reviews you either hired Trustpilot to gather positive reviews for you, or the other reviews are fake

Recently we partnered with them to boost our healthcare startup visibility and brand awareness. The quality of their list is very good. We bought healthcare email contacts. I recommend Medicoreach to every healthcare company to improve their business.

List basically worthless. Outdated in some cases by 7 years. Communication is absymal. The number of times I have been told "I'll call you right back" and not been is mounting. Emails are ignored. I am not happy with this experience and how this has been handled. I shouldn't have to be chasing them down after emailing issues.

They say I didn't give proper feedback. I gave exact parameters and then I gave them a list of bad fit emails with reasons why:

"Attached are files for all the "bad fit"I have run into so far. There are additional today that aren't included.

The JSON file if you can open it will have the specific notes in there.

Their response 3 days later on July 17 "My apologies for the delayed response. I didn’t notice your email as it had landed in one of my sub folders.

I”ll have my team look into the file in detail and will get back to you with the verification results. If you have anymore records like these that returned, please send them and we will have them checked too.

Meanwhile, we have some additional contacts that was ingested into the system this week. I’ll have my team put together a file based on your target selects and send them to you. "

I never received this list, an answer to my 3 additional emails or my 10 calls. I did however, have their employee answer my call and when I identified myself hung up and didn't answer again.

Just own that you handled this account poorly and make it right. I didn't want to leave a review but you stopped answering emails and calls. Be better.
