I needed a second memory module for my Lenovo laptop to take it to 32GB. Purchased a second 16GB DDR4 module to accompany the first 16GB module i purchased back in 2020. I requested the same OEM part as my first order and they were able to fulfil. Great service. Recommended.

I ordered and paid for a memory card. Two days later I had a email stating that royal mail click and collect was not working. Then I had a so called confirmation that my order had been sent .two weeks later I am still waiting.
A crap company in my opinion. Avoid.

Used these guys twice so far this year, brilliant service, brilliant products. Genuine products no complaints.

Stay well clear they do not reply for days to query’s about non delivery of your order when you ask for a refund to a over 2 week order your told to wait absolutely shocking don’t waste your money to elsewhere

Good delivery time. RAM does what it’s meant to (and is compatible with my laptop). Didn’t need to use the customer service so no comment on that but otherwise all round good experience

The exact RAM I needed at a good price. Delivered quickly and well packaged.

Were very helpful when my order had been held up by Royal Mail - investigated and kept in regular contact, and after the issue was resolved they refunded the postage. Very pleased with their customer service.

I bought an SSD drive to upgrade my Lenovo X1. Price was great, and delivery very fast. Would highly recommend.

Service was good up to a requiring a refund for wrong ram got a message saying received wrong ram back via post, and refund being sent still waiting 3 weeks later. Called visa to deal with them.

I don’t like leaving bad reviews, but I think I have to for this site. Bought ram from them that they stated on their website was compatible with my laptop. Installed it, it turned out not to be compatible. Messaged their support, they tried to be helpful but after I’d spoken to Crucial support (the brand of ram they’d sent me), they explained that MemoryCow sent me one that wasn’t compatible, and I should instead buy one with a different model number. Told support, they came back with false information about that, even though crucial had told me the opposite. Ended up buying straight from Crucial because it was £10 cheaper, it works great. In returning my product to MemoryCow, it took a week and a half for them to receive it back. A further week and a half for them to “process” my return. And now a week for my paypal refund to go through. A month for a £43 refund is a joke.

I got my items within a day, but unfortunately I chose RAM for a laptop Omen, rather than a desktop, as I have. I had no idea there were dozens of different models! So, my fault, but MemoryCow emailed me a free postage return label, I printed it out, took it to the Post Office (to get a proof of purchase, as MC suggested) and they had it back on the Monday. Refund comes through tomorrow, so I'll be making a purchase for the last 16GB I need to max my computer!

Be aware; I Would NOT recommend.

Order never arrived, delay has been utterly ridiculous.. customer support was atrocious, and I have notified Business Trading Standards about this.

As mentioned below by other consumers I received little to no help in resolving this, MemoryCows even tried to fob me off to the courier, with whom I have no rights since Memorycow, the retailer, is responsible for ensuring the order reaches me.

***Update***

Found out that my neighbour received my order. Pay a little more money and buy from trusted companies, since the items I received were damaged and tampered, and incorrect, I sent pictures to the company.

Have ordered on 2 occasions and both times the memory card arrived in 2 days using the free economy postage that they offer.
Good communication via email about order processing and delivery etc.
Great prices as well compared to other retailers.
Will be using them again.

SD card for canon camera was everything I expected! However the hdmi cable they recommended for the canon 4000D did not fit the port as the plastic covering got in the way so I had to use a Stanley knife to cut the plastic down to fit. Over than that the delivery was prompt.
