Merkx Avis

Product good but delivery was issue, 4 bikes all came separately over 3 weeks but happy with bikes and price

This ebike mx06 is everything I wanted for an Ebike. Sturdy construction, the welds and finish is artwork.
Merx has been fantastic to do business with and I highly recommend not only the products but the excellent before and after sales service.
Fantastic, well done to the Merx Team.

Easy to deal with

Very happy with the bike . Arrived quickly and easy to assemble.
Altho the accessories that I ordered with it , rear kids seat , still hasn't arrived, over 3 weeks now .
The lock is very flimsy, I wouldn't trust it .

I've purchased a S700 & S600Pro. these products for my use are fantastic, Reliable, Comfortable, Built & Specced well & have A1 back up service & parts if required. High-end product without the price tag.

After a week of using the S600 to get around the Sunshine coast, it has proved to be all the promotional reports have said. A Good Bike.
The delivery and after sales support has also been outstanding. Thank you

I had a minor problem with the speedo not working. I messaged them in the afternoon on a Sunday and they got straight back to me with in 5 minutes and told me how to fix it. If that didn't work ( it did) the gentleman, said to get straight back to them and they will sort it out. So helpful, and the bike is awesome. I bought it off the internet. I felt like it was a bit of a risk but its been a great decision.

Bought the bike as a gift to the family. It has been great since the day I spoke to the team on the chat. The bikes is sturdy and powerful enough to get me 82kgs up a steep hill. I did have to peddle a small bit but nothing to much.Highly recommended..

Amazing bike, absolutely love it! My original one was stolen and merkx were kind and quick to help me replace it. (Get a tracker for anyone looking to purchase this bike).

Very helpful in answering questions. Very quick to respond and delivery was fast. All good.

The bike was mostly assembled and the instructions were easy to follow, however there should be a bit more detailed photos for putting the front wheel on.

Everything about the bike and transaction.

Good service , they seem to always deliver what they promise , it was good to buy through them because you can get service and communication, bike goes good had it a couple of years , would buy through them again

My bike was delivered without pedals. Supplier did what they could to get replacements but it took almost two weeks just to get pedals. Their communication was very good during this time.

Great company to deal with Megan and the crew are very helpful and stick to their word on a deal. I would recommend this company as being very solid.
Dual motor electric bike I ordered is awesome.

Service was good.
Delivery time was acceptable for such a large carton. The bike itself is easy to assemble and check everything as well. It handles good.
Not sure if the battery is Samsung.. the suspension is way to hard. Overall not bad for the price. I really enjoy riding it.

What a great bike already done over 200km and hasn’t missed a beat on or off road! Great service from ordering to fast shipping and delivery and I will definitely do business with you in the future well done and thankyou very much. 👍
