Messly is a brilliant app
Messly is a brilliant app. A very user friendly interface with frequent support from the Messly team to give us tips and recommendations to contact with locum agencies. All I had to do was fill in my details and upload my documents and locum agencies showed interest in my application. I could easily arrange appointments with the locum agencies to ensure compliance.

Great idea!
Great idea! Opportunity to link up with multiple locum agencies, with the majority of documents being shared with them via Messly to avoid duplication. I was able to find an ideal locum post through Messly with an agency I hadn't worked with previously. Definitely would recommend having a look!

Support
It was an easy process, there is need for several paper work but the service provided support and update that made the registration process hassle free. It also has a great system for reference update where you do not need to constantly ask your referees. Great Job.

The website is very organised
The website is very organised, shows different vacant shifts within the reasonable distance that one has mentioned in his/her profile, and a separate list of urgent shifts also gives us a wide choice to pick up the shift we are looking for.

Excellent platform
The platform could be faster sometimes, especially when moving between tabs.
Some improvements are needed in a few tabs, for instance, the references section.
Otherwise, it's an excellent platform.

Absolute time waste
Absolute time waste. 99% of the jobs on Messly are outdated. Agencies are soo keen to get your paperwork promising you various jobs but as soon as you send them the last bit they want, you will never hear back from them. So if you are planning to get on messly, please don't.
The refrence system is another mess. Messly keeps sending automated email to my supervisors every week.

Hi Godwin, thank you for leaving us a review. I'm really sorry to hear that you've had a negative experience on Messly.
Unfortunately, the market is extremely slow at the moment, which means that there aren't as many SHO jobs being advertised on the platform as we're used to. However, it would be really helpful to know what jobs you are seeing on the platform that are outdated so that we can get these removed.
In regards to our OneRef service, we send your consultants 3 reminder emails over the space of 2 and a half weeks if the references have not been completed. They are able to opt out of these emails at any time. Referencing is typically the slowest part of the compliance process, so we do this to ensure that you do not have to personally chase your referees - and so that you can start work as soon as possible.
The feedback about our OneRef service has generally been positive, so I'm disappointed to hear that you found it to be impractical. That being said, we'll make sure that your feedback is taken on board.

Excellent Website
I think this is a great platform. It simplifies the process of dealing with multiple locum agencies at once by having a lot of your paperwork in the same place and offers a central hub to see what's available in your specialty across the country.
