I have just renewed my pharmacist prescriber indemnity insurance through MIAB for the second year running and once again the service has been excellent.

Tracey Deville has been consistently helpful, responsive and knowledgeable. Every query I had was dealt with promptly and clearly, which makes the whole process straightforward and stress free.

As a healthcare professional, having reliable indemnity cover is essential and it is reassuring to deal with a company that understands our needs. I would highly recommend MIAB to fellow pharmacists and other healthcare professionals looking for professional and efficient service.

We have two types of insurance that were up for renewal. Both Billie Connor and Ricky were really helpful with the first one in January and Billie has again helped sort out the other policy. She responded quicky and we got in sorted out in a couple of days.

I dealt with a consultant called Ellen Bell, she was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, Ellen explained the policy in a manner that i could understand it fully and apply it to our needs.
I'm very grateful and appreciate of the service received.
