This is my second year with the MIAB, and I can't express enough how helpful Louisa have been. which I truly appreciated. She tailored my coverage and created a bespoke policy that perfectly complements my private ADHD services, as well as my other private offerings.

Tracey is someone who you can rely on at the midnight hour! Our company was awarded a bid and required a change to our policies. In the space of 24hrs, Tracey arranged a certificate to be sent to me with the change in policies, and spoke to the necessary insurers on our behalf. I called her in panic, and she provided me with so much assurance. I honestly couldn't have asked for a better person to speak to. Thanks Tracey.

Because of me moving abroad, my previous insurer would not renew the property owners insurance for my UK property which left me in a potentially precarious situation, especially as other possible insurers declined as well. The MIAB client service adviser was very understanding and tried hard to find a different insurance company that would insure the property for me as a non-UK resident. She managed to do so within one working day, much to my relief. She was in regular contact throughout, kept me informed of the progress and asked for relevant information. I had previously a very good experience with MIAB and can recommend this company unreservedly.
