Excellent communication from start to finish including advise when having to change a time of collection due to flight time changes. Denise kept me well informed with drivers details and reassuring me they were on route and when arrived. Would definitely use them again.
Both drivers Gianluca Lorini and Giuseppe were competent safe drivers and we felt relaxed and comfortable during both journeys. Large comfortable mini vans with plenty of room for all three of us with luggage.
Good price for peace of mind and a lovely start and finish to our holiday

Great communication from Denise prior to the pickup and then we had an awesome driver, Sebastiano.

Sebastiano was so nice and welcoming despite our communication barrier. We were able to overcome it with the help of Google translate and had a fruitful conversation.

Despite road closures Denise at Milan airport transfers was able to get us safely to our destination in Menaggio via alternate routes. She communicated clearly how to met the driver at the airport and communicated continuously throughout our journey to inform us what was going on. Then our return from Menaggio to Milan was seamless as both drivers arrived at the same time and transported our family to our next destination. Would recommend and use again.

The driver was waiting for me on time. The new spacious car. The trip from the Olbia Airport to Lu Bagnu was fast and comfortable.

What an absolute brilliant company to deal with. I was booking a transfer for my boss which was no means straightforward as it included a few stop overs on the way. I got to deal with Elisa and if ever there was an angel on this earth Elisa definitely is one. I explained to Elisa what we required and she came back to me with a quick reply and was able to accomodate all our requirements. I had checked with other transfers and was working my way around trying to get what we needed but the others transfers had no interest. When Elisa came back to me and said they could do all we required and at a very reasonable rate I was delighted. On the day my boss was collected driver was on time, he was waiting at designated area for my boss and was so mannerly and pleasing to deal with. The car was in mint condition and very comfortable and water supplied for my boss. The journey even though it included a few stop offs at different locations the driver was so obliging and nothing was too much trouble. Well done to Elisa and the driver for the wonderful service provided. I would have no hesitation booking with Milan Airport Transfers again.

We had three separate transports while in Italy. There were a few negatives but for the most part, they all worked out. None of the drivers spoke English but I used a translator app when I needed it. The pickup at the airport was confusing. Normally the driver will meet you inside the terminal but we were instructed to go to a certain exit number. Not being familiar with the airport we looked around then started walking and finally found someone who spoke English and they directed us. The driver wasn’t there when we got out but he arrived shortly after. Our next trip was supposed to take us to our hotel at Lake Como. He was unable to because the roads were closed so he dropped us off at the ferry to get there. He was a good driver and patient because the traffic in Milan was totally gridlocked because of protests and many streets were closed or rerouted. He finally got through and we got to Como. Our final trip was on time and uneventful. So, it would be helpful for the drivers to speak English and also to meet people inside the terminal. I did have trouble contacting someone by phone on both numbers given. However I received an answer to one of my texts re-directing me to a third number. That person was very receptive and kept me apprised of the approaching driver’s location and approximate time of arrival. All in all the service was very good.

Great service for my transfer from Milan airport to Baveno. Excellent communications, timely service for a reasonable rate. Highly recommend!

Abbiamo prenotato un trasferimento da Malpensa a Zermatt con questa compagnia, ci siamo trovati benissimo, il van era un nuovissimo Mercedes e l’autista molto cordiale e preciso che ci ha aiutato anche con i bagagli. Da consigliare!

Stay away! If you care about your life and health and that of your fellow passengers - choose another transfer company.

The fact that Italy and the traffic pace are different from what we are used to can in no way legitimize the way our transport was conducted - especially on the way back.

On the trip out, we as a group were forced to split into 2 cars – this despite the fact that one car had room for the entire group. No reasonable explanation was given. One of the drivers spoke absolutely no English. The vehicle was driven with a focus on getting there quickly – safety or consideration for other road users was secondary.

The worst part was the return trip... Both cars were more or less demolished. The car, a Mercedes, was more broken than whole – the rearview mirror in pieces, no rear windshield wiper, broken seat and the AC not working (we drove with the windows down the whole way for the heat). Worst of all however, were the car's brakes, which were clearly worn out beyond what was safe for traffic. However, the driver did not care, as he pushed the engine hard and drove significantly faster than the speed limit. It was a clearly unpleasant journey with the brakes working so poorly and the whole car shaking when braking.

I do not know if the price tag was lower than other alternatives since I was not the one who booked. However, for me, a low price does not excuse compromising on safety. I see the other things I describe as information and may probably be ok if the price is lower than other alternatives.

Horrible experience. Unethical. Impossible to get refund. DO NOT USE.

We booked a car service from Tasch to Malpensa, prepaying 399 EUR. Upon confirmation, the service provided two phone numbers to reach out to if any changes had to be made (+39 348 274 6528 or +39 340 647 2987).

The day before our scheduled trip, more than 24hrs before pickup time, due to a flight delay we realized we had to change the pickup time by 2.5hrs. I called both provided numbers repeatedly, but no one picked up. They simply do not pickup their phone.

Now they are refusing a refund, saying I cancelled too late, but this is only because they don’t pick up their own phone!

This company is SO UNPROFESSIONAL. We booked a transfer to take us to Malpensa airport and they NEVER showed up. We called them 50 times hours before pick up time and nobody answered our calls. We recived a call back 15 mins after pick up time and they said they were running late. We were about to miss our flight becuase of horrible organisation by this company. Then we were promised to receive our money back which we NEVER did. We wrote to them multiple times and again nothing back. I asked for refund confirmation and nothing again.....

Great experience on July 22nd. The driver was punctual and waited outside the hotel in Como. He sent us a Whatsapp message to let us know he was waiting outside 10min before the pickup. The ride to the airport was smooth and the car really clean and new.
Totally recommended.

The experience is worst than I could relate her.
The customer service emergency number doesn't work. All their emails are *no reply*
They said they tracked our plane and with delays they cancelled the trip....*without notifying us*.
We made the reservation ahead, arrived in Milan,we didnt speak the language and waited called relentlessly! I wish I could upload their response after I've relentlessly chased them for 2 days a d threaten to go to the police.
They promised to refund me as I had to pay for another metered taxi to the hotel.
I asked confirmation on refund - still waiting.

Very poor service - very poor customer service response - avoid at all cost! Especially if you arrive at night time.
Also they end up being *more* expensive than the metered taxi!

If I could give this horrible company zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM- go with a reputable company and pay more. Driver was over 30 minutes late from pick up at the MXP airport with no explanation or apology. Then on the return pick up, there was a different driver and we missed our train with non refundable tickets and had to spend a lot of $$ for new trains tickets. Please note- The drivers were very nice and I don’t blame them however, the owner/manager was rude and would not refund or prorate our trip.
