Milan Airport Transfers Avis 

If I could give this horrible company zero stars I would. DO NOT USE THEM- go with a reputable company and pay more. Driver was over 30 minutes late from pick up at the MXP airport with no explanation or apology. Then on the return pick up, there was a different driver and we missed our train with non refundable tickets and had to spend a lot of $$ for new trains tickets. Please note- The drivers were very nice and I don’t blame them however, the owner/manager was rude and would not refund or prorate our trip.

Awful service at Milan Airport. Advertised service said driver would be waiting in the airport with a sign. Reality: Driver was 30mins late to MXP (our flight was on time), no one was waiting, and when he eventually arrived, there was with another man in the van who fell asleep and was snoring. To add, the van smelled. Nothing as described on their website or as I paid for. Avoid and use another service!

Used Milan Airport Transfers in Jan 2025 for a return transfer to Cervinia and found them great. They contacted me the night before the transfer for 20 people, arrived on time and the return was as good. They were at least 50% cheaper than some others. I would recommend

Our friends recommended this company so we booked with them from Malpensa to Como and paid in advance. On the day of the transfer the driver sent us a message to greet us and told us where he was waiting. The car was new and clean and we enjoyed the ride. Definitely recommended.

I was doubtful whether to request the service in this company from the reviews I read but luckily I only trust what I see. They came to pick us up at Malpensa, directly in front of the door where the driver told us and we left for our vacation in the mountains, the driver spoke English so in addition to the comfortable trip we were given some advice for restaurants, I must say the right choice, we booked the return in a few days requesting the same driver. Thank you, pleasant experience, recommended.

We booked a transfer to Zermatt for the holidays, we had ski equipments and they contacted us soon after we made the booking to be sure all details given were correct, in order to provide the best vehicle. The driver was waiting for us outside the arrival hall, he was courteous and helped us with the luggage. The vehicle was very spacious and clean. We had a very pleasant experience and on the return we asked for the same driver. We totally recommend this company. Great value for the price we paid.

Had a terrible and stressful experience when using transfers with this company from Milan airport to Lake Maggiore.

Booked and paid online. In the notes we specified passengers, luggage and child car seat requirements. We even messaged them to confirm all was ok with the booking a few days ahead of trip.

When it came to our pick at airport it was booked for 12:00 but the driver finally arrived at 13:20. We had not been advised ahead of time of any delay and had to chase the company who didn’t explain/apologise but just texted us the driver’s telephone number.

The driver was on another job so we had to wait for him for over an hour and with 3 small children too! Not great at all. When he arrived there was only 1 child seat instead of 3 and only by sheer luck as he had it from a different job! No one had told the driver anything it seems.

The driver himself was really lovely and the drive was easy and quick with him even giving us a bit of a guided tour along the route.

Having had a disaster with the first car we had concerns about our return booking with them. We didn’t want to have any delays and miss the flight!

We once again confirmed car seats and timings and addresses etc. with the company. We were told yes all booked and confirmed. Yet again, our driver was late (though only by about 10 minutes in the end) and he had no child car seats at all! He didn’t seem to be aware they were requested. The driver did drive super fast to make up time so we weren’t late for the flight but it was rather a harrowing experience especially with none of the small children in child car seats! We did not feel safe.

This is a terribly managed company that does not value customer service and charges and arm and leg for a stressful terrible experience. It really ruined our overall experience of Italy.

They never showed up to collect us from the hotel to bring us to the airport resulting in us missing our flight home. We have contacted them multiple times since as it was a prepaid service but they’ve still yet to respond. 100% would not recommend this company
