Great experience from attentive staff
Great experience from attentive staff - Rob was on hand to talk through all of the necessary information needed to buy good and long lasting walking boots. He gave tailored advice based on an upcoming trip and made sure we walked away with exactly what we needed.

Lightweight portable chair
I wanted a lightweight portable camping chair to attend a festival. The shop assistant was polite, helpful, knowledgeable but not pushy. He let me try out a couple of options and quickly made a sale.

We were in the store and my husband was…
We were in the store and my husband was trying on vests. No other customers in store. 12 mins later still no offer of assistance by male staff member who just stared at the till the entire time. Not even a hello. Female manager then came downstairs to take a call. No other customers. No acknowledgement. Several minutes later waved her pen indicating us to proceed upstairs to pay. ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE. UNENGAGED STAFF.

I bought a Peter Storm lightweigh…
I bought a Peter Storm lightweigh waterproof jacket for my 13 year old great grandson 215/25 and it didnt fit it was too small..went back 22ndand exchanged it for S man which is perfect...Nicky served me both times went out of her way to.be helpful.esp when i went back to change for a larger size.
Its so refresihng having such helpful friendly staff. I bought some walking boots earlier in the year again had gr8 service i did a review then .
Nicky was really lovely and made my experience a great one thank you. This was in the Bath branch
