Literally saved the holiday!
Came on holiday and forgot my daughters shoes so would have had to spend the week riding a mountain bike in crocs. Not ideal. The lovely shop assistants took care of us and got me out of the bad books. 5/5 would recommend highly.

Went to change gloves for a different size, none in stock.
Checked at Cardiff branch, in stock, the member of staff was working there the next week. She took and exchanged gloves which I collected from Monmouth. Brilliant service, thank you 😊

Excellent service from Jan and Chrissie
I was visiting Monmouth today and popped in to the local Millets as they always have excellent quality clothing and footwear. I purchased a great pair of Merrell trainers with the help Jan. She was also able to find me some XL t shirts and Chrissie at the till made us laugh and processed our order. The staff here were attentive and quick to help and Millets score top marks for excellent customer service.

The good & the bad
The sales lady dealing with my wife looking for walking boots was extremely knowledgeable & helpful. Upon paying I produced my Defence Discount card seeking discount on my purchase, the till operator said sure thing. It was only when I returned home and checked my receipt that I noticed the discount had not been applied. Disappointed.

Great service from Jess and her colleague. Phoned the day before to ask for a folding table to be put aside which was done. On arrival they cheerfully helped me test the table and readily swapped the carry case which was a causing a problem.
