Came in with very limited and very specific requirements for an ultra marathon I’m running in a few days. Lisa jumped straight in reading my kit list, rushing around to get me everything I needed and saved me loads of time browsing. Time I didn’t have. Sorted me everything I needed in 30 minutes which was incredible. Great products but just fabulous customer service. Thank you Lisa.

Great range of products at great prices and they even gave me a discount. The staff are super helpful and even put something to one side when I phoned them.

Sarah, Bunny, and Stephen were a great help. Great range of products in Southend millets, came in looking for a goretex coat and they pointed me straight to the berghaus maitland. Also came away with a couple fleeces. Thanks guys!

Was served by sarah at southend. She was really helpful, advised the best shoes for my ankle injury abd found me a pair that were perfect. Looked up s8zes for coats for me too & helped advise best waterproof items. Great service

I visited today to buy clothing & footwear for my first hike in April. Stephen was really helpful and was able to direct me to what rucksack would be best, raincoat & then boots. He had extensive knowledge of outdoor wear, having climbed mountains himself which was really useful! Thanks to Stephen, I am now fully prepared for my trip up Snowdon!
