Brilliant staff , really took time and trouble to make the experience good when an order went missing

We were served by happy, extremely helpful yet not ‘pushy’ female staff. They were knowledgeable and had experience of the areas we needed help with (marine and safari trekking equipment). Millets had price match with their online shop so we were delighted with the savings and could see the quality first hand. An excellent experience all round. Thank you.

Absolute top service from Chris in Southsea. I needed to exchange an item bought from another Millets store for which I didn’t have the receipt. Chris sent me off for a coffee while he phoned them and sorted it all. I returned 30mins later, all done, left with a new pair of Merrells. Superb!

The staff in this store are great, knowledgeable, patient and kind. There is a very good amount of stock and I found everything I needed.

I had been to a couple of other well known shops over the Xmas break, but today I found myself back in Southsea and now have a new pair of walking boots, bought in their generous sale. Very happy and ready to get out walking. So thank you to Lauren for your assistance, but the other staff were lovely too. A really positive shopping experience and great staff teamwork.

Millets is always good value and even more so in the January sales! As ever, the staff were helpful and friendly.
