Millets - Tenby Avis 

Collected large item from Tenby store unfortunately road closed to cars due to Summer visitors however Staff very helpful.

Visited this store today after seeing offers in the window, initially we were looking at beach dryrobes... The young ladies were ever so helpful and friendly asked could they help, said I was just browsing and left us til we needed them.
Their excellent customer service and friendliness I also bought a new rucksack and hiking boots along with the robe. They did offer us some added extras at half price behind the counter but nothing that took my eye.
It was absolute pleasure shopping here today, these young ladies I would say are the best staff I've encountered for a long while and certainly need recognition. July 21st 2026 11:04 receipt 01945 - 1 - 62016.

I phoned the store in Tenby first thing this morning, I was greeted by Emily who very readily checked stock for me, and also rang me back within minutes like she said she would, to answer another question. Then on visiting the store I received really informed help, and suggestions of different products that I might like when what I was looking at wasn't quite right. I left the store a Happy Customer...Thanks for your help Emily, appreciated... I'm chuffed with my walking shoes. Great. Cheers 👍

Popped in (22/5) to get some advice about a rucksack, disappointed with the fact that 3 young female member of staff on the till all having a gossip and too busy to help me and my wife. It was only when another member of staff (female, blonde wearing a face mask sorry didn’t get her name) came back off her lunch that someone actually helped us. Disappointing-but thank you to the young lady who eventually helped me.

Although I returned the goods I received as I didn’t read information properly I have no complaints about the goods or service I received

Thank you Martha for your time and patience selecting my walking shoes today. Also thanks for your great recommendation when I asked for a good coffee shop in town - Motleys was fantastic. So pleased we have this Millets shop in Pembrokeshire as most of the other outdoor shops in the county only offer pretty low budget outdoor gear.

Wow , the best customer services in Tenby , have been to the shop a few times and always had the best service .Today was 1st class thanks to the shop assistant Martha,totally fantastic and an asset to Millets, so knowledgeable with clothing/ equipment and hiking boots .I was buying items for my son’s Duke of Edinburgh trip and the help she gave me was the best and we bought all the items we needed . She was so patient and kind when my son was trying on lots of boots … can’t thank her enough , definitely my first shop to go to in Tenby !

Vanessa was on hand to help us find exactly what we were looking for and in the right sizes. She was very helpful without being pushy.

I was served by a girl called Grace who couldn’t be more helpful. She was very polite and pleasantly. Meanwhile, the girl next door in Trespass was ignorant and rude.

I bought a hiking stick which was good for a week, until one of the adjustor clips fell out never to be seen again. This clip is used to adjust the height of the stick.

Have now replied to millets customer care, will see what happens.

Great service by Stuart at Millets in Tenby, tried numerous pair of walking boots and man has patience of a saint!

Martha and Emily were very welcoming when coming into the store. They were very helpful, great service! Which is great to see in this day and age.

Martha and Eva were so kind and incredibly helpful. Went out of way to help in any way they could. An example for all millets employees.

Excellent team with great hair

I wanted to buy four camping chairs but could only carry two. The assistant, Dianna, said she recognised me as a neighbour and would carry two home for me after she finished work, which she did, in the rain! So kind and thoughtful.

Needed a lightweight, warm top. Good value.
