Walking shoes for my duaghter
Went to get some walking shoes for my 13 year old daughters scout walks. Venessa found the perfect pair at a great price. Happy daughter = happy dad!!

Outstanding customer service
Went into Millets at Tenby yesterday to buy a waterproof rucksack. Martha was extremely helpful and explained that it was better to have a rucksack plus a waterproof cover to ensure our things stayed dry. We chose a rucksack which was an excellent price, reduced by £50, and bought a waterproof cover for it which was half price when we got to the till as we had bought it with a rucksack. We were very pleased with the prices but the whole shopping experience was outstanding due to the lovely Martha who was friendly and helpful and gave excellent advice. She was extremely professional and made us feel very welcome and valued. Thank you Martha!

What a fabulous young lady called Emily…
What a fabulous young lady called Emily I see by my receipt.
She saw us looking at summer shoes and came over smiling offering us to sit and try shoes on, her patience was amazing, back and forth she went until she fitted us both out with perfect fitting footwear. My partner ended up with Ladies ones as his feet are only an 8 but they were all too long in the men’s sizes. The ladies ones were perfect in a size 6.
Keep smiling Emily you will go a long way with your people skills.
