Advice on gloves for very cold conditions
Pheonix was very helpful and knowledgeable about the gloves I was looking at and explained to me the best way to keep warm in very cold conditions. Pheonix gave me excellent advice on the gloves available and the reasons why they worked so well. I’m very pleased with my purchase and won’t hesitate to return should I need more equipment and advice.

I’ve been trying to find a new pair of…
I’ve been trying to find a new pair of walking boots for some time now, I had tried some high street retailers near to where I live and each time had to return the boots as they just weren’t right. Today I drove up to Uckfield and visited the Millets branch, straight aware I knew I was in good hands, their onsite expert helped me make the right decision and I wish I had just gone to Millets in the first place! I’ve not spent more, in fact I spent less but have a much better fitting boot. Thanks :-)

Torch purchase
Isaac noticed I was perplexed and walked over to offer help. I told him I needed a torch for our Campervan and he gave me the benefits / features of a range of suitable torches then left me to make my decision. Excellent customer service!

The gentleman who served us was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. I had tendernitus and wanted a good fitting and supportive boot. He advised on a pair and explained the benefits and how to get the right fit.
